You’ll fall in love with the front deck as you sip your early morning coffee and watch the whales, boats and seabirds fly and float by.

The Space:
There are four welcoming bedrooms, sure to allow for deep slumbers. On the main level you’ll find one queen bed and full bathroom down the hallway. The lower level encompasses one queen bed and bedroom along with a queen sofa sleeper, plus a 3/4 bath with shower and laundry. Finally, the 3rd level has two bedrooms - one has a queen bed the other has a full bed, along with a 3/4 shared bathroom.

Our kitchen is well stocked, providing plenty of space for you to cook your fresh catch of the day. From cooking supplies such as baking sheets, and airfryer and measuring cups, to olive oil, basic spices and aluminum foil. Additionally, we offer garage access for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The location of our home is ideal, as we are situated near the famed Homer spit, providing easy access to the harbor to meet your charter fishing crew mates and captain. After a long day out on the water, come home to relax and enjoy the stunning views from the comfort of our living room.

Other Things to Note:
Please let us know if you will traveling with your dog/s. There is a limit to 2 dogs. The cost for your stay with up to two dogs is $100. Please pick up after your pet, otherwise you will be charged an additional $50.

-Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors. We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

-These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.
