Our accommodations was very clean. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in the old port.A parking garage is located out the side door of the building. It's a few dollars more than some of the others but find it worth it. We would stay here again.

Thank you, Anita. We’re so happy you enjoyed and it was a pleasure hosting you. Come back anytime!
This loft was amazing. Fully equipped with anything that you would need. All top shelf. Walkable to the whole seaport and store. We have a great time. One suggestion a mirror, to check out your outfit before going out.

Thank you for your wonderful review, Theresa. We appreciate the feedback about the mirror too. We hope to host you again!
We had an issue with checking in but Erika was helpful in navigating the issue and resolving the matter. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Would only echo a few other comments on recommending adding mirrors in the bedrooms. Only mirror is in the bathroom so if you are with others who need to get ready you have to navigate the usage of the mirror.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
The room itself is nice and clean, but the surrounding street noise was severe. During our stay, we dealt with a midnight building evacuation, a massive party at the pizza bar across the street until 1:30 AM, and an all-day skateboard festival with a DJ playing loud club music directly outside our window starting at 11 AM the next morning. The listing made no mention of street noise or adjacent venue activity. When we reached out regarding the noise levels, the owner refused any reimbursement, forcing us to leave early and book a hotel elsewhere. Beautiful unit, but light sleepers or anyone expecting a quiet stay should look elsewhere.

Hi Cory, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad to hear that you found the unit beautiful, clean, and enjoyable itself, but we’re genuinely sorry that the circumstances surrounding your stay took away from your time in Portland.
Being in the heart of the Old Port is something many of our guests love, but we completely understand how frustrating the unexpected noise and activity must have been, especially with several unusual events happening during your stay. The building evacuation and nearby festival were circumstances outside of our control and not something we could have anticipated, but we’re sorry they affected your experience nonetheless.
We truly care about our guests having a wonderful stay and never want someone to leave feeling disappointed. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue looking for ways to make the experience and expectations as clear and comfortable as possible for future guests. We wish you all the best and hope you were still able to enjoy some of your time in Portland.
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is great. Amazing location right in the heart of downtown just steps away from shops, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. The apartment is wxtemely well located so that you can walk around the corner to Holy Donuts before the cannoli donuts sell out.
This is one of the best vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed at! Communication was excellent and it had everything we needed. Location was perfect! Def a must stay!

Erika was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The condo is beautiful and is in the perfect location. Everything is pretty much walkable. There is a parking garage right next to the building which makes it very convenient.

Thank you so much, Carla! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and loved the location and convenience of the condo. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime!
The apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked. It was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but that is to be expected in this downtown location. The AC fans blocked the noise. Very convenient location.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience, Jenni! We’re so glad to hear you found the apartment comfortable, clean, and well stocked, and that you enjoyed the convenience of our downtown location. We appreciate your understanding about the weekend city buzz, it’s true that the energy of the area is part of its charm, and we’re happy the AC fans helped ensure a restful stay. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime!
This is the second year we've rented this property. Not only is it "white glove" CLEAN, but you couldn't find a better location in Old Port. You are right in heart of all of the restaurants and shops and across the street from the waterfront. Erika, the host, is phenomenal with communication. She'll help with you restaurant recommendations, good shops to check out, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are super comfortable. Look no further - this is the place and we'll be back next December!!

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re always happy to help with recommendations. We can’t wait to welcome you back again next December!
My husband and I stayed here with another couple for the weekend and this apartment could NOT have been better. It was spacious, clean, updated, and the most amazing location to walk around Portland. The communication was timely and informative. They even had coffee and k-cups available, which was so nice! Would absolutely look to stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here! It is located in the perfect area of Old Port, right in the middle of everything. We parked our car and walked to everywhere. It is a super clean and cute apartment, which made for a fantastic getaway. Our host was just as wonderful. Thank you!!!

Thank you for your review, Ann! I am so happy to hear you had a fun time at our place. We hope to see you back!
Great apartment. We had to fuss with the window ACs a bit but got them working. The only annoying thing was the parking. The easy parking was very expensive. We found a reasonable lot though a walk away.

Thank you so much for your review, Judy! We are so happy to host you and feel free to come back anytime. I understand the parking situation can be a bit tough and it's because the apartment is right in the center of Old Port so there isn't much space for parking. However, we have plenty of parking garages nearby that make it accessible. Have an amazing day!
It was all terrific. There was one issue with the apartment on the last night but they responded promptly and while it could not be fixed because of the holiday they were attentive and apologetic.

Thank you for your review, Anna! We are so happy you had a great time and we hope to welcome you back very soon!
First off communications with Erika were wonderful. Always answered us in a timely manner. The locaton of the apt is wonderful for walking to restaurants etc and felt very safe. The apartment itself is very clean and everything looks and feels new and the beds very comfortable. Cons were that washer and dryer are not in the unit itself, they are on a separate floor and are pay. While there is a parking lot right across the alley it costs 70 a day and street parking was very limited as we were there during Winter Storm Fern. If you like to read in bed at night bring a book light as there are no bedside lamps and as mentioned in other reviews bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Laurie, thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. I truly appreciate your kind words about the communication, cleanliness, comfort, and location. It means a lot to know you felt safe and well taken care of during your stay.
I also really appreciate you sharing helpful feedback for future guests regarding the laundry, parking, and in-unit lighting. With Winter Storm Fern, parking was definitely more challenging than usual, and I understand how that could be frustrating. Your notes are valuable and help set clear expectations.
Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. I’d love to host you again in the future!
This apartment was really nicely appointed. Fairly easy to find. Parking is a bit tricky. plan on using the pay parking lot next door. Since this is right downtown, everything is within a short walking distance, but Friday night was a bit loud (for us fair-weather sleepers).
Communication with the host was great! All in all, I would recommend this place.
