Finish the day with dinner at any number of restaurants downtown, a concert at Performance Park (on the river) and walk home. People watch from your private balcony overlooking the whole downtown.

This high-end loft in the heart of town has soaring ceilings, gas fireplace, full bath with an enormous walk-in shower, expanded kitchen with high end appliances and private deck overlooking the Main Street. Even though you are in the middle of it all, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet, modern, luxury unit. Living, dining and separate sitting areas all part of an open, sunny space.

Great little spot on the strip and next to the riverwalk. We really enjoyed our extended stay of 3 weeks and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Estes Park and Rocky Mountain. We were able to work and explore everything and most of it we could walk to or drive to in less than a few minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. The location was fantastic — right downtown on the main street and within walking distance to everything. Being directly across from the chocolate factory and around the corner from the movie theater, restaurants, and shops made it especially fun and convenient.Parking was easy. The patio overlooking the street was a great place to take in the atmosphere. Inside, the fireplace gave the unit a cozy cabin feel and warmed the space quickly. The updated bathroom and full kitchen amenities made the stay comfortable and easy.Overall, it was a charming and comfortable place to stay, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Estes Park is one of the most stunningly beautiful places in the country. Hiking, climbing and any outdoor activities are right out the front door and one could spend years exploring the miles of trails in the National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. This loft is ideally situated in the heart of downtown and just a few minutes drive from RMNP, giving guests the best that Estes Park has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one-of-a-kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the mountains, but aren't the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury property.
