Welcome at The Green House !!

If you have never been in Inverness or Point Reyes National Seashore you should to try at least once and you will be back more often then you think. There is something special in the air what makes people happy and relax here.
Come and explore the Lighthouse, Drakes Beach , Limantour Beach , Chimney Rock, Bear Valley visitor Center , see the elks and elephant seals or have some great coffee with morning pastry at Bovine bakery and local cheeses...

The Green House have been in family for over 100 years.
Very private .
Suit is attached to the main house with separate entrance.
We live on the second floor of the house.
This is the perfect spot for anytime during the year, weekends , holidays
We are located near downtown Inverness, Saltwater and Vladimir's restaurants, beaches, kayaking and walking trails.
This is perfect spot for a singles, couples or family with kids.
The Green House offer a romantic bedroom with queen size bed, large sunroom with queen size bed and I can add an extra cot for additional guest , plenty of books and games
There is small kitchenette area with fridge, hot plate, microwave , electric taster-oven and grill , coffee maker , tea kettle and all kitchen supplies like pots ,dishes, silverware, small table and too seats.
Bathroom with sink and separate marble shower .
Garden patio with grill and fire pit. Please bring some charcoal if you wish to use it.
For heating we use electric space heaters.
We love animals here, dogs OK- $50 pet fee per dog, $75 for two .Please make a payment before arrival. Thank you
More then two people - $25 extra guest.
Access to internet and Direct Tv.
Single nights OK!
Complimentary we offer fresh eggs from our chickens, chocolate, butter, coffee ,tea and we wash the dishes for you!

The property was clean and convenient to Inverness and Point Reyes. We enjoyed our hosts, who were gracious and helpful with ideas for local restaurants. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The front steps could use a railing for safety, but otherwise, the unit was ideal for the three of us for an overnight stay.

We always stay here when we are in the area. We love coming here! We feel very welcomed and relaxed. The owners are the best and I couldn’t say enough they are just lovely people! I appreciate them so much!! The area is beautiful and close to many special beaches and eateries. I feel blessed to have found these great beautiful owners!

Charming, peaceful getaway spot

There were several thoughtful hostess touches, like chocolates by the bed, and fresh eggs from their roosters in the fridge! A very nice place for two people to have a quiet weekend in a charming corner of our state.

Beautiful Stay to Bask in the Beauty of Inverness

We loved staying at this beautiful green house in Inverness! I stayed with my husband and four year old son, and it was so wonderful, I'd love to go again. It has averything you need and is way better supplied than any hotel or motel, even with fresh eggs from the home's chickens. The hens were so much fun to watch from our window as well! The unit was very private and open and cozy, and the windows are so big that you feel like you can bask in the beauty of Inverness right from the living space. We spoke with one of the owners during our stay and he was so nice and enjoyable to talk to. It was beautiful, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great experience @ Inverness cottage!

Ewa was quick to respond, hospital, and the place is exactly as described. We even enjoyed fresh eggs 2 mornings provide by our hosts. It was fabulous taste of a slower pace & small community. Plus a fabulous market with great sandwiches is right up the road! Gracious people

Peaceful stay

The greenhouse is nestled in a small, but spacious neighborhood within walking distance to Tomales Bay. The owners were so thoughtful throughout our entire stay. They left the light on since we did not arrive until late and gave us farm fresh eggs. The rental is attached to their main home, but the space you have to stay in is separated and private. They have so many books and games. The thing that impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the place. Not one speck of dust and every towel, blanket and sheet were so fresh smelling. I appreciate all the attention to detail and hope to stay again there soon!

Cozy, Comfortable, Welcoming Berth

I loved everything about my accommodations here. The beds are comfortable, the sun room makes you want to linger over morning coffee, and the hosts are friendly and on-site without being intrusive. In particular, the boho sunroom is so inviting with the sunlight streaming in, and leaving a window open in the evening allows refreshingly cool night air to lull you to sleep. This rental is centrally-located: under 5 minutes from town; about an hourish from San Francisco; 15 minutes from Point Reyes National Seashore; and 40 minutes from Muir Woods. Moreover, the gorgeous Tomales Bay is within walking distance. My brief stay here was part of a much longer roadtrip, and I can truly say that this unit was perfect for my needs. Thank you for making this 1925 gem available!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this wonderfully unique place. It was very comfortable and clean, with nice touches like fresh eggs (courtesy of the beautiful chickens on the property), coffee, tea, milk, butter, and candy. Kitchen facilities are minimal, but there is a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, electric grill, coffee maker and hot water pot, as well as a good Webber grill outside in the peaceful, private garden area, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. There is no kitchen sink, but the host, Ewa, will collect the tray of dirty dishes and return them cleaned. The bed was comfortable, the linens nice, the TV was easy to use and our pooch enjoyed her stay, as did we! Lovely, quiet area - glad to have found such a great place and look forward to returning!!

The property was cozy and comfortable for our one night stay. The rooms were spacious enough for the three of us and clean. We loved the organic eggs that the host left for us in the fridge to have for breakfast, that was a really nice touch. Location was wonderful very convenient and walking distance to Inverness shops and restaurants and close driving distance to Point Reyes Station.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect spot for two friends in Inverness looking to do some hiking. Ewa was super communicative and the place was very clean! No air conditioning, but there were fans provided and most of the window were able to open to let the cool breeze in.
