UNBEATABLE LOCATION.
It's literally easier to walk to town than it is to find a parking spot there. 2-3 Blocks from downtown, the civic center and Whole Foods in North Asheville's eclectic Montford neighborhood.

DESCRIPTION:
Recently renovated c1920s carriage house sits discreetly behind the main house and across the street from Hummingbird Park. Comfortable, casual furnishing. Original pine hardwoods, handmade tile backsplash, butcherblock countertops and reclaimed wood gives a rustic warmth to this intimate, "homey" space.

Great for single occupants: traveling nurses, temporary executive housing, digital nomads or graduate students. Enough room for a couple but would be tight space for longer visits. Notably, there's not a dedicated workstation area but plenty of space to set one up on the dining table.
