Waterfront! Boat dock available for rent, pet friendly, families welcome!

This 4-bedroom villa is located on the Canal of this gated community. From the back porch, with a large dining room set and a BBQ, you can see the boats on the Canal. When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent and are right behind your house.
We can accommodate boats up to 27 ft.

In the living room of this villa, you will find a very comfortable couch to relax on. The dining room table will comfortably seat your group. The kitchen is very well equipped, which should make it easy to prepare a meal. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can always visit one of the many restaurants in the area.
For your convenience there also is a half bath on the first floor.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King and its own TV.
The Master bathroom has a double vanity, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor you will find the other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom, with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have two Twins and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
It has a two-car garage.

The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck, which is located just a few steps down from this villa.

Spacious home in a great location!

The home was beautiful and so was the community. We went for a family trip and the location is amazing for manatees and outdoor activities. The owner was extremely quick to reply when we reached out with questions. Would highly recommend this home for large families or groups as it was massive and tons of bathrooms!

Great Home in the Heart of Homassasa

This home had a dock behind it which was great to walk on. The property was pretty clean, a few bulbs were out in the downstairs master bath. The beds were super comfy and so was the couch. Convenient to great places to eat and very close to the Homassasa Springs park. Everything you need to cook a meal was provided.

Maintenance needed

Lots of potential however all facilities in this community desperately need maintenance dock boards are loose with nails sticking out, pool was dirty and needed cleaning, the Air conditioner took forever to lower the temperature in the unit after being set to 82. The property had heavy use with very little being put back into maintenance to keep up facilities.

Beautifual, spacious, clean and perfectly located!

This was a second time renting a house for a vacation and I was pleasantly impressed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Homosassa Springs, 30 minutes to Weekie Wachee and 40 minutes to Rainbow Springs. There are stores such as Publix, Walgreens and gas stations within 2 miles. It was spacious to hold everyone in our party comfortably. It was meticulously clean. All the linen were fresh smelling and the beds were so soft, we all slept like babies. The only negatives is that we had to take out our own trash and it was a bit of a hike to the nearest dumpster, the TV remotes are not the ones listed in the welcome book, and it seemed as if the fridge was not staying cold, but nothing that would keep me from coming back to this rental.

Spacious, well stocked and convenient

We had a great Cobia Tournament weekend in this beautiful condo(the pictures do no do it justice). Slept 8 adults comfortably and we had everything we needed. Having a boat ramp and boat slips on site was very convenient for us too. Frans was great to deal with and very accomodating. We will definitely be back for our next tournament!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this location. We also rented the boat slip and it was located directly behind the house. It took almost and hour to get down the Homosassa River and out to snorkel for scallops. On the way home we jumped in the springs and felt so refreshed. The house is arranged well with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large master downstairs. It is very clean and A/C works great. The kitchen is well supplied, but needs a couple larger pots and a good wine and bottle opener(be sure to bring one). We had 7 people and never felt crowded. Publix and Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park are minutes away. We would rent here again.

A great getaway!

We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. A very nice, clean house. Everything was just as pictured. We really had a good time playing games at night at the dining room table. We had hot dogs one night on the grill and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you could need. And even though the houses are close together, it was very quiet and peaceful there. We loved the two car garage too so our cars weren't parked outside in the hot sun!

Perfect Location!

This home provided an ideal spot for our family of 8 -- from here, we were immediately next to Homosassa Springs, and also a short drive to Weeki Wachee where the kids enjoyed the mermaids and the water park. Just a few miles up the road, we went tubing down the Rainbow River from KP Hole. There is a lot to explore, all within easy reach from here. The house had everything we needed, and Frans was terrific to work with. He even saved the day with a hairdryer when we got caught in a downpour!

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 mins.).
