Clean and quiet

This was a very clean, quiet, and nice accommodation. I loved the kitchenette in the room. And unlike other hotels, I didn’t hear loud sounds.

Modern European style Studio Appartment

Great place to stay for a couple of days in walking distance of beach, shopping, bars & restaurants. Very clean, quiet, super comfy bed with top quality linen, kitchenette with well appreciated Nespresso coffee maker and last but not least (covered) off-street parking.

Great place, convenient location.

I got lucky and scored this unit last minute. I may have been the first or second guest in my room. It was brand new and everything was perfect. Nicely appointed, great bed, linens and towels! I’d stay here again without a doubt.

Highly Recommend

We booked a one bedroom unit for a three night stay. The booking was easy, communication clear with prompt responses to questions. Lock pad access to the room was smooth. The room itself was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and had anything you would need. Lots of storage/closet space, small fridge, microwave, and a supplied kitchenette with lots of amenities. I really can’t say enough about this place and what a great stay we had. Plus it is in walking distance to downtown and all it has to offer. We will definitely stay here again when in Santa Barbara.

brand new, good location

Very good, this place just opened up so it was nearly new. Location great. Some covered parking avail (about half of total units). Some units facing street, not good, but luckily ours (#11) was facing the back. I would not rent the units facing De La Vina, but others are great. They have every single little item you can think of, from eye covers and ear plugs, to first aid kits, flashlights, etc. Great coffee machine. Never seen a rental have so much on hand.
