Outdoor spaces include a large deck, a balcony off the second floor master bedroom, and a third floor roof deck with amazing views. The house includes air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, and an outdoor grill. It fits up to 18 people and has 6-7 parking spaces.

The layout is as follows:
1st floor: Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Open floor plan living space with kitchen, living room with plenty of seating and a 75" TV, a dining area with views of the marsh, and a large deck on the marsh side of the house with ample space to eat meals or enjoy time outdoors. Grill is located on a patio below the deck.

2nd floor: Master bedroom with den/office area, balcony facing the marsh, ensuite bathroom with two sinks, oversized shower and multiple shower heads. The office has a desk and monitor.
