The Hutch is perfect for small groups, ready for a weekend of adventure.Located in close proximity to the train makes it ideal for travelers or staycationers. It is conveniently placed in a mixed use building compiled of two busy bars , which you can hear during business hours ! The music shuts off outside at 12am.

Lifelong local in the 805 area code who enjoys all outdoor activities and more. It’s really fun to share our style with others and also be able to enjoy the property itself when the opportunity presents itself with all of the fun things to do in the area of Santa Barbara!
Why they chose this property
The location and flexibility this particular property offers is really fun to enjoy. Vibrant neighborhood of West Beach, east freeway access, excitement of local bars , venues and restaurants. Or just take a short walk to the beach for some of that Pacific Ocean breeze and sand.
