The host communicates well and answered all of my questions. The property is pet friendly with a pet fee. It was a very quiet country home with a dock and many activities available. We loved our stay.
What a beautiful and spacious property. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay! The lake view is stunning and peaceful. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch. The house includes an array of activities to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for multiple people to help prepare meals at the same time. The communication with the host is top notch and accommodating. We look forward to returning to this property next year!!! Jenny and Matt
Clean, well stocked house. Views of the lake were pretty good, be best in late fall and wintertime with no leaves on the trees. Path down to the lake could be unproved but is manageable. Not too steep. Everything as described.

Thank you, Alan, for staying at our property. We would love to have you back in the Fall or Winter so you can see the Lake view better. Thank you also for the feedback on the path down to the lake; we know it's a bit steep, and we can explore ways to improve it.
Our two families of 9 stayed here and absolutly loved it! There was plenty of space inside and out! We enjoyed the water toys and all the house amenities! We will definitely be back!
Clean and great layout. Beautiful place! We had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend and would be fun in the summer to use the outdoor toys like the boat and the kayaks.
A wonderful lakefront home! The bedrooms were all nice and the great room with the glass wall view of the lake is beautiful. I can't recommend this one highly enough!
This home is truly amazing!! You provided everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked with all the extras too!One of the nicest homes we have stayed in the mountains.

The house and the lake was amazing. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Heather was very responsive and we could not have asked for a better week. We hope to be back again!
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Heather was a super host. Everything we needed was readily available. We enjoyed the hot tub, game room and the board games. Our family was blessed to have made lasting memories in this beautiful home.
We all absolutely loved this place for our annual family trip. It was extremely well equipped in every way, from the kitchen to the indoor and outdoor toys. All of the amenities were top-notch. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Plus the layout of this home couldn’t be better with the large kitchen that’s open to the dining and great room, all with views out to the lake, and the second living room on the lower level where the game and bunk rooms are located. All very conducive for spending time together as a large family. And Lake Adger is beautiful and fun to explore! We had a great time on the paddle boards, kayaks, and pontoon boat. It’s such a nice lake to swim and fish in! And there’s a lot to do in the area as well, like the long hike we took to a stunning waterfall and the fabulous dinner we had at the Purple Onion in Saluda, while listening to bluegrass. There’s also a really good grocery store, Ingles, that has a lot of organic items, plus it’s not too far from the house. This was our first stay here and there’s still so much left to explore in the area - looking forward to our next visit! And to top it all off, our host was the best! Always quick to respond to any questions which was so helpful. 5 star experience by far!
This property has everything you need and more! It's a newer build house and very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we could need for our large family. We never ran short of silverware (which we do at home sometimes!) and all the cookware you could need. A huge dining table allowed everyone to eat together. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone was able to have their own private space when needed. Swimming off the dock was our favorite thing to do. The lake is deep and there was very little boat traffic so we could hang out on floats out to the middle and feel like we had the lake to ourselves. We spent time reading on the porch, playing family games, swimming and enjoying dinners together. We ventured out for two days of our weeklong stay - once to white water raft the French-Broad river and another afternoon we hiked and swam at Little Bradley Falls which is close by. The driveway was a little steep, but the host let us know that before we arrived, and we didn't have any issues with our minivan. The yard is large and very private. There was a very nice firepit, but we only used it once due to the very warm weather we experienced during our stay. They had kayaks and SUPs available and we got out on those a few times as well. The hosts were very communicative easy to chat with and offered several recommendations for our rafting trip. Getting to a grocery store does require some planning, but we planned well and didn’t have any issues. Ove
