Why they chose this property
This home has been in our family for over 18 years and we have been renting to traveling doctors and nurses for the last three years and recently decided to extend our reach to VRBO. So far our tenants have loved it as much as we do! It is a very quiet and mature neighborhood who has enjoyed and welcomed all the tenants who have stayed with us over the years.
What makes this property unique
This property is minutes away to the Historic Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and the Garden of the Gods. On any given morning you may see deer walking through the front yard and Pikes Peak mountain is literally sitting in your back yard. You can catch Hwy 24 just minutes away and take a drive up to the mountains and head up to Breckenridge at any time of the season. Or make dinner reservations at the Broadmoor which is only 10 minutes away. It is really an ideal property in an ideal location.
