My family enjoyed a night here before visiting Mackinac Island for the day. Perfect location and our boys loved all of the activities the property offered- fishing, volleyball, pool, basketball, etc. We wished we would have stayed here for our whole Michigan trip! We will definitely be back next year!

This was such a quaint little cabin. We were right on the lake. Once we left the paved road, I was getting a little concerned. It is really hidden back in the woods, but when we pulled up, the owner was right there to welcome us. He was so nice. It was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again!

The check in was simple. The cabin was as shown in pictures. A few things could be adjusted. We had to move furniture in the room with twin beds in order to be able to plug in the provided fan and lamp. The brand new TV in the master room needed to be set up with a roku account. We did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in the cabin if we were away as the door by the kitchen did not close securely. Other than that, we slept comfortably, enjoyed the lake and enjoyed using the gas stove to make breakfast.

Beautiful view of the lake and fall was an excellent time to visit. Such a cozy cabin. The host had fresh wildflowers and gourds in the kitchen window. Such a pretty touch. We roasted marshmallows over a fire, saw millions of stars, listened to owls in the forest, played games at the table, and enjoyed a warm dinner baked in the oven. It was magical and such a relaxing retreat from everyday life. We went for a long walk through the woods and enjoyed being in nature. We want to visit again next fall!
