Beautiful three bedroom, two bath, gulf-front condo sleeps seven comfortably. The open floor plan of Kitchen, dining room and living room provides a comfortable space for family or entertaining.
The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer comfortable bedding for up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed , the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a full/twin bunkbed in the 3rd guest room offers plenty of room for your family!
While the unit itself does not have a Gulf-view, it is located on the Gulf side of Gulf Blvd, so that you do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. This lovely escape is only steps away from the quiet property's pool and private beach access.
Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub overlooking the beach, and enjoy a sip of your drink as you watch the sun slowly sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.

Just steps to the beautiful pool and heavenly private beach. All the comforts of home including fully stocked kitchen cabinets, sheets, blankets, pillows and a washer and dryer - which is a wonderful perk! Unit just as beautiful as the pictures depict. Owners recommended fabulous restaurants and excursions. Unit is a short drive to Clearwater which also offers many restaurants and activities. We will definitely be going back to this unit for our next visit to sunny Florida.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very close to the pool and beach, which was a plus. However, the condo is outdated and could use a facelift. Anyone using the "master bedroom" should have earplugs due to the noise of the elevator. Also, the floors were not cleaned very well when we arrived. My wife had to mop them and they sure could use a new mattress in the room off of the kitchen. Maybe an upgrade to the tv would be nice as well. Cooking with the frying pans was a nightmare. Get some "nonstick" pans please. Lastly, they need to upgrade the door locks. Switch to a keypad entry. Using keys to lock and unlock is not a great way to go.

Nice Location and Easy Access

This condo is on the back side of the building so you don't really have a beach / ocean view - but that is clear from the information and I didn't expect one. The parking is great, they have an elevator to help with bringing items up. The condo was clean and ready to go. Only things that I think were concerns is that in the Master bed room we could hear the elevator loudly moving all the time, including all hours of the night so it was a little disruptive. And you have to go 3 miles one way to get the keys then come back to the condo and then leaving they want you to drop them off at the office as well. Just a little inconvenient. Otherwise it was spacious, well kept and I would go back.

Total disappointment

It was horrible from the start, the noise in that room no rest at all, the smell of the shower and all rooms was like human feces the garbage disposal was nauseating one of our oarking soots was stolen all week i called and they said they couldnt do anything. The tv in the living room and 2 small rooms didnt work or the color was out of it so all 6 of us 4 kids included was confined to our master bedroom to watch tv, i was told the confo was oceanfront and that was my biggest disappointment it was horrible with no veiw of the water whatsoever. The balcony floods when it rains, and there were bugs in someof the tooms i was way over charged for what we got i will never trust this again.

We’ve been to this condo for 4 yrs now, and although it’s a great location and nice condo, we’ve definitely noticed a decline in care of the condo. Appliances could use some work, flooring in one room is in need of repair. But the condo is typically stocked well with kitchen utensils, which is helpful, and we couldn’t ask for a better location on the beach!

Sunset Unit 9

Loved the location and space for our family of 5. Being right of the beach with the option of a pool/hot tub was exactly what we were looking for. The building and pool area was always kept clean. The unit could use updates and it would be ideal if it supplied beach chairs and a toaster. The elevator is right next to the master bedroom and very loud, but it wasn’t used much at night.

Several lightbulbs out, ceiling fan didn’t work, floor in one of the guest rooms was collapsing near the door to the patio (scary). Could hear people above every time they walked across the floor. Didn’t like the patio overlooking the parking lot.

Loud elevator

Beach and location good. There was a big fish kill from red tide while we were there but that is not property fault. The property is fine for a beach stay but not fancy. It could use some TLc from the owner- curtain rods in kids room all bent, kitchen cupboards disorganized and full of junk people have left behind, floor in second bedroom soft under the tile from a water leak, dishwasher old and ineffective. Seems like owners don’t care about details that make a rental outstanding. But the reason we will not consider renting here again is that the elevator shares a common wall with the master bedroom and it is LOUD. A design flaw in the building that can’t be fixed and makes the stay there uncomfortable.

Amazing Vacation

This property was exactly as it was advertised. The location was perfect...just steps away from the beach! The pool was very nice and the condo was close to numerous restaurants and shopping venues. We did have to wait an extra hour to check in to give the cleaning crew time to finish and the living/dining room did not get swept or mopped but otherwise everything was perfect. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future!

Awesome location, building could use upgrades and sound proofing!

The location is awesome.. super close to the beach and clear water / st Pete Building is very dated. Appliances are outdated and very loud. When renting this condo please keep in mind that The master bedroom is unsleepable unless you are hearing impaired and love sleeping on a mattress that can only be described as sleeping on a rock. The room is right next to the elevator room and you can hear the lovely sound of people going up and down. The best description of this is the sound of a toilet flushing on the Death Star ever 10-15 mins. You can not see the ocean from the room. The pool is clean but is being taken over by swarms of fire ants. Other than that we really enjoyed the location, and the time warp back to the late 90’s.

Location, Location, Location

The property management were very helpful, allowing us to check-in a little early and extending our check-out by 2 hours. This was much appreciated as we had change locations and our children and grandchildren (7 months and 2 years old) with us. The same courtesy with not shown to us by the next property management. Being on the beach, having restaurants within walking distance, and having a nice heated pool and hot tub were all pluses. I would recommend this rental especially if you are having family visit you. It workout great for us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our wedding on the beach on 17th Avenue and we’re so happy when we first found this rental. We are locals and wanted to stay on the beach, enjoy the hot tub and relax. We also had family fly in and told them about this place, so they booked as well. Unfortunately there was a family of 7-2 adults and 5 kids above our unit that would run and jump constantly. Therefore waking up at 5am everyday and hearing them all morning. Then to our surprise the pool and hot tub were empty. Which the hot tub was one of the reasons we booked. Then the unit across from us is having construction done. 4 night and 5 days stay was miserable! We didn’t even stay the last night-we went home! There was no honeymoon feel to the place. I understand you can’t control who rents it, but not knowing the construction and the hot tub being under construction. Complete waste of newlywed money honestly!! My family members that stayed were notified and given money back due to the construction of a unit being done and the pool and hot tub not being able to be used. I even spoke to one of the rental agents about the problem and still have not heard back. Especially being locals, this was VERY DISAPPOINTING! This was supposed to be relaxing and fun, it was not.
