Great communication and great location. Love hearing the ocean waves while sipping on coffee. Steps away from the ocean.

Loved the balcony overlooking the beach! Well equipped kitchen. Just know you can get by a day or two, but otherwise definitely need your own toiletries. Chairs and boogie boards are super nice to have and found in the storage area.

My family and I loved our stay in Rachel's condo! The location is amazing, you're on the North end of Carolina Beach which is quieter and away from the chaos a little (but still close enough that you can easily get to the chaos if that's what you want!). I didn't love the flights of stairs when I was carrying my heavy suitcase, but the view from the top made it worth it, we enjoyed the oceanfront balcony SO MUCH. We are already planning to stay here again!

Rachel is great at fast communication!!! My only issues were the parking is too tight under the units and the bathtubs did not look clean at all! We enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely stay here again. You can’t beat the oven views!! We got married on 7/16/26!! We shopped on the boardwalk and ate at Brits donuts. We had delicious seafood from Stoked and yummy pizza delivered from Frentoni’s.

Great ocean view. Watched dolphins every morning. This is a super quiet condo. Top floor. No noise. Everything was as described on the booking site. No surprises. We will be booking this place again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is a 3rd story unit, which means 4 flights of stairs, but the view from the balcony is absolutely worth every step. The condo itself was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need during your stay. The room sizes were just right, and we especially appreciated the luggage holder—it was a small touch that made a big difference. The decor was beautifully done and created a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the space. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had, though we hardly needed to reach out because the check-in process was seamless and all instructions were clearly provided ahead of time.Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again!

The location was fantastic for quick access to the beach and the views from the porch and back bedroom were incredible! We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to try to stay here on our next trip as well.
