Additional things to note before booking and arrival:
1. Before driving into the mountains, we suggest entering the address in your GPS so you arrive at the destination with ease, as cellular connection in the mountains will be spotty. 2. 4WD/AWD strongly encouraged when staying in winter and spring. Guests can easily get stuck at end of driveway without 4WD/AWD if there’s snow. 4WD/AWD vehicles shouldn’t have an issue. 3. Bathroom facilities are eco-friendly. If the toilet seems low-pressure compared to what you're used to, it's because it's a water-conserving toilet. Welcome to the mountains! 4. Enhanced water filtration system, supporting an uninterrupted flow of fresh mountain water to our cozy cabin!
Outdoors: We've encountered wildlife on our mountain property big and small! Keep aware of larger creatures. Depending on the time of year, you may sight mountain lion, coyote, bear, moose, elk, deer, rabbit, chipmunk, mouse, birds, and small fish in the stream. Located 12 minutes from Estes Park Downtown, the cabin is nestled in the archway to the Rocky Mountains.
During your stay, enjoy a view of Mount Meeker and partial view of Longs Peak, as well as the relaxing sound of a creek.
You will be minutes away from trailheads to waterfalls, bike trails around Lake Estes, and casual shopping and dining in Estes Park.
Conveniently, the cabin is located off of Hwy 7, there will be traffic noise, but sitting stream side or in the hot tub does mute the noise. Hwy 7 Allows for easy access from the Denver-Boulder area.
4WD/AWD recommended in winter/spring. NON SMOKING PROPERTY AND HOME

The property is great with amazing outdoor space. The host was very accommodating. The cabin is beautiful and bigger than it looks. We wish we had more time and can’t wait to come back!
Overall our experience was lovely. The cabin had its own charm that I haven’t experienced. It was a perfect place to gather a group of friends and family together to enjoy a vacation.
This was a gem! Loved the property… lots of fun nooks to sit at, and the kids loved exploring the grounds. The cabin feel and creek sounds made for a mountain feel.
The property was charming and lovely we didn’t want to leave, it was cozy and removed from the busy city, but close enough that we could be in Estes Park very quickly.
Everything on this property was freaking awesome, my family and I stayed for ten days and it was a unique experience to spend time with kids and wife love it...
Hosts were very helpful and friendly! Home was super cute!

Brittney, thank you for leavng such a sweet note in our guest book with the adorable pictures from your kids. Not sure why your rating was less than what your words supported. Despite you not originally disclosing your two dogs, once done, out of good faith, your fee was only for one. Throughout our whole communications during your stay, nothing at all was brought up about our home being less than perfect, you truly seemed very thrilled. Im a bit confused, but wish you well.
Can’t say enough about how amazing the place, and Scott and Betsy, was. It was such a perfect place to get away and spend quality time together. Scott and Betsy were super easy to talk to and even when little things came up (which we expected spending three weeks in an old cabin) they were fast to take care of them. We’ll be back for sure!
We had a relaxing stay in this charming, cozy cabin. It was a quick drive to town, and convenient to the state parks. We would definitely stay again!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We felt the property needed a good spring cleaning and some repair or maintenance work. We still enjoyed our stay. We felt it was in a great location for the activities we had planned for our stay.

As you’d mentioned to my husband, the home was “fantastic” and you were thoroughly enjoying your stay. No further concerns or complaints whatsoever in any communications were we advised of any further matters. We had advised before your arrival the winters intense winds did take a toll on the fence and blew trees down and until the ground thaw's we were unable to repair minor damages done. It is spring time in the Rockies after all.
Great place to entertain super convenient to Estes Park and Rocky mountain national Park. Super clean lovely property loved all the little areas to drink your coffee in quiet.

One word: Paradise! We spent 3 days of loveliness in a setting that was made to make memories. Everything was welcoming from the sweet bridge over the creek to the many and varied seating areas. Games were played, s’mores were shared and stories told. Comfy and clean. We loved it so much and will be back!
Amazing property, less than 10 minutes from Estes Park!
Very nice property! We wanted a cabin close to Estes Park and RMNP and this fit everything we were looking for and then some. Less than 10 minutes to get in to town. Very nice cabin secluded for your own private space. Owners were very detailed and communicative.

Wonderful Guests, would absolutely invite them back anytime.
I honestly don’t want to give a good review because I don’t want anyone else to know about this amazing place!!! It’s magical! If you ever dreamed of a whimsical healing cabin in the mountains with everything you need, this is it! Betsy was wonderful to work with and responsive to all communication. I highly recommend 10 out of 10! This will be our go to place from now on!
