Great vibe! Plenty of space for our family and we had everything we needed! Sunrise was beautiful and the dock was right on the water. So easy to fish from there. Loved sitting in the Nest chairs, and the hammocks too. A little bit of a windy road to get to the property, but the privacy, views and space was well worth it! Marcus had great tips for meals and activities. We had a fantastic time in Bella Vista and Bentonville. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this lake house! Didn't have a lot of luck fishing - just a few largemouth bass, but it was awesome having the lake right there when we wanted to cast a line out. The paddleboard and kayak were fun and made it easy to check out the bluffs up close. The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed - cold A/C, comfy beds, good wifi. The bed pillows are pretty "tall" so if you like them flatter make sure to bring one from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there is a mountain bike trail a few hundred yards from the front door if you like to ride. There is a nice grocery store about 15 minutes from the house that was well-stocked, and Interstate 49 is about 20 minutes from the house.Would highly recommend!
