2000 ft.² of luxury living in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars. This light filled retreat offers all the amenities, including a gym, pool (in season), work area, and secure building access, and parking.

3 large bedrooms (King, Queen, bunk-bed) and 2 baths, plus a queen size sofa bed in the living room, accommodates 8. Linens and bath towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Catching the soft morning light for breezy mornings, or enjoying the golden sunsets in the evening. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area lead to a cozy balcony. Perfect for entertaining, or just lounging with family and friends.

The space is well appointed with all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every room, WiFi, secure access to parking and the building. Full laundry room. Common area grilling (in style), Gym, office space on 2nd floor and pool in the summer.

Whether you want a quiet getaway, or a great location to reach everything Rehoboth offers (shopping, fine dining, trails and beaches) we hope this beautiful space provides a wonderful retreat from the every day.

We kicked off our spring break at this condo March 28-30. Proximity to high end outlets and excellent restaurants and bars was a huge plus. The unit is spacious and luxurious, with top quality furnishings and decor. Small touches like a well-stocked coffee/tea station, full sized washer/dryer, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the showers were appreciated. The kitchen has high-end appliances and the living room and bedroom furniture is comfortable and classy. The covered third floor patio catches the afternoon sun and has a great breeze. We walked to 302 Social for an excellent lunch of pot roast sandwiches and blackened tuna. We worked off that meal in the spacious gym with state of the art machines and then walked our dog in the dog run. Parking is free and convenient. The condo was very large, with three separate bedrooms (one with bunks) and a massive great room for entertaining. This is located away from the densely packed tourist areas but just a very short drive to the beaches.
