Find yourself right on the sand at this serene, oceanfront getaway in Rockaway Beach! This home sits between the ocean and Lake Lytle and is also located less than a mile from groceries, coffee shops, quaint boutiques, and restaurants.



Spread out over two floors, this spacious, family-friendly home boasts two separate, sunlit living areas, both with comfortable seating and TVs for casual channel surfing or movie nights with the help of the media library and DVD players. You'll also find a number of puzzles, board games, and books to keep everyone entertained no matter the season.



Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the table for six or the breakfast bar.



When you're up for a little friendly competition, head out to the garage for games of Ping-Pong. This home also includes a firepit in the back yard for evening gatherings and a private washer/dryer to keep your laundry under control during your stay.

The beach access was not as good as expected but the views are excellent. Had a slight issue with ants in the main bathroom that should be addressed. Mini dishwasher a little small for the size of the house. Overall a good stay.

Overall the property was great; location, views and beach access were incredible! Check-in was smooth, communication was perfect. Only item to note, if planning to stay for more than few days plan to bring laundry soap, dryer sheets and a handful of dishwasher pods.

Carpet, furniture, and some of the bedding were dirty and had sand all over the place. Garbage can outside was mostly full when we arrived. Power recliner in living room is broken. Other than that, the location and place was good.

This house was great for our family vacation. Pros: location on the beach, access, easy check-in, comfortable rooms, shades and black out curtains in all bedrooms. Cons: rock wall too steep to access beach with young kids - needed to walk down the block to access easier steps. Kitchen could be better stocked. No TV streaming capabilities - just DVDs (and not many for young kids). Tiny dishwasher.

Landscape has not been done in months. Tall unsightly vegetation all around the yard. Interior was dated, but serviceable. Would be nice to have the use of a serviceable bbq. The provided shower supplies could be upgraded as the provided shampoo dispenser was not functioning. The lower bathroom sink does not hold water more than a few seconds when stopper in engaged. Very nice views

This was our first time staying in Rockaway Beach, and we absolutely loved the experience. The town is charming, and the location of this home is perfect. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we truly hope to return in the future.The host was wonderful and communicated quickly throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. The house offers an incredible view with beautiful sunsets, I found myself regularly relaxing and just taking it all in.Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful view

Beach access from house is climbing down big rocks. It was doable for our group ages 7 through 72, but some could have difficulty. Beautiful views from the house and fire pit area for those that can’t climb.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our family had a spectacular time at the Breeze Inn. We were a three generational crowd and there was something for everyone. The beach was accessible, the house was clean and well adapted for our group, lots of beach toys, puzzles, and ping pong table. The fire pit was lovely and was so close to the beach we didn’t have to carry all the fire fixings down to the beach. Thanks so much for an awesome time.

Views, Views, Views!

The room and bed accommodations were excellent. Everything was as described. The views were amazing. You can not access the beach easily unless you walk down the street. Bring your fishing gear too! Easy stroll to the lake across the street! Will stay here again if available!!! Loved it so much!!!

The property and view are fantastic. The only issues TV and remotes were hard to navigate. The sinks and tubs had slow drains. Overall the property and stay was wonderful and a great way to bring in the new year.

Wonderful home

Great location, fantastic views of the ocean and fairly easy beach access. The house is well maintained and stocked with so many essentials. Plastic cups and plates for the kids, beach toys, kites, backpacks, games, extra blankets and pillows. A small picnic or outdoor table would be appreciated. The views are fantastic from the back patio/ fire pit and a table would have made having meals outside a bit easier. The rooms are accommodating and large, we had our toddler on a blow up mattress beside the bed and still had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend this house.

It was a great location with a great view..

My family stayed here for 5 days. It was great. We enjoyed the views, the beach, and the house. My only complaint is actually with the property manager, but I won’t ding the property owner for it. Two of the cooking pans were not cleaned very well. This was the second Vacasa in a row where we had to clean the pans before using them. That is unacceptable to me.

Super clean!

The house exceeded our expectations. It was super clean. We cooked all meals in the kitchen and had more than enough utensils and dishes, all appliances were there too. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets. It was great to have laundry available so I didn't have to take beach clothes home. The house was warm and cozy. They view was amazing and their was good beach access close. A BBQ would have been a nice amenity, but I couldn't think of anything else to add. Wonderful weekend!

Great view!

We liked this property pretty well, with only a few exceptions: many cooking pans were dirty-I know this is because of previous renters but kinda gross. The smoke alarm decided to ‘Test’ at 6am. Other things to note: 3 outside chairs were broken upon arrival, garbage outside full-I didn’t see to call about this until I was looking about checkout, we didn’t see anything about recycling, broken fan in the bedroom,. These comments did not effect our pleasure in staying in this property. A plus I’d like to mention is the quantity of dishes, cutlery and pots/pans, and towels! Thank you for that!

Stunning View

This house has one of the most stunning beach views I have ever seen. There was plenty of space that we did not utilize because it was only myself and my partner. The pros: The view was breathtaking from both living areas and the master bedroom. I was skeptical when I saw the online photos because I thought they were edited. I was pleasantly suprized how wonderful it was. The firepit was great to have. Kitchen was very spacious and the couches were very comfortable. Plenty of utensils and cookware if you wanted to make a meal. Plus, there were plenty of books, kids beach toys, board games, and such. I thought that was a nice personal touch. Town and shopping was about a mile away so within walking distance. The cons: There were ants throughout the kitchen and living room. It looks like they had ant traps set up, but it did not seem to phase them. Sometimes they would crawl on me when I was sitting on the couch, but I wasn't worried as they were very small and did not seem to bite. I figured it was just part of living on a beachfront property. But, if you are funny about bugs in general you might not be super thrilled. Beds were fairly hard. Not the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in, but I also prefer a softer mattress in general so that might be due to preference. This isn't the property owners fault, but the house next door was under construction so it was fairly loud in the morning. I can't be mad because we rented this place for very cheap considering what it normally costs. I would have loved to have had a gas grill! Despite all of its flaws, this house was amazing. I would highly recommend and I'd love to come back and visit someday. Thank you to the homeowner for sharing it with us.
