Typical Spanish Masia (country house) of natural stone with private garden and pool
Catalan Masia in an ideal location, very quiet, surrounded by nature, ideal for children, with a beautiful view of typical Spanish village. Only 7 minutes with the author to the sea. Large terrace with dining table for 8 people, private garden with a small pool (3x5m). House kompett ausgestatttet (WiFi Internet and TV with international channels), Tastefully decorated, private parking. Prices seasonal.
Castell d'Aro is a historic and picturesque little village with a medieval church in the center. The village is under protection of UNESCO because of its typical Catalan structure and historic buildings.
Our cottage Can Sabrina has 4 large bedrooms, 2 ground floor and 2 on the first floor. There is also a bathroom with shower on each floor.
The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a large TV (we also receive all German programs), Wi-Fi Internet connection, a radio and CD player, etc.
Our villa has a private garden with a beautiful view over the there, a private pool (3x5m) and private parking.
There are many beautiful beaches nearby, the closest one is about 8 min away by car. In the small village of Castell d'Aro there is a supermarket, a bank, a Apothekte, a bakery and a butcher, very easy to get to the front door.
