This unique house has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, DishWasher, Microwave, grill oven, coffee maker, mixer, blender and more for you to cook. 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower/1 with shower and bathtub), large dining rooms, living room with arts&craft/games, flat-screen TV room with VCR/DVD library and books, high-speed wireless internet, electric piano, laundry room with iron, Washer/Dryer and even baby gears (barriers, booster, bedrail). Sleeps 16.
20x50 ft. front sandy yard with stairs to the beach at your doorstep. Enjoy the adirondack chairs at fire pit or the beach chairs, sand toys&kidpool, outside shower, the 2 charcoal BBQ, with oceanfront picnic tables and sun
ombrellas.
Enjoy the Wells Beach area, Wells Harbor area, arcade at the corner, Laudholm Farm Historical Preserve,
Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve, restaurants, antique shops, biking, deep-sea fishing, museums, summer theatre, miniputt&golf, tennis at Kennebunk and Ogunquit Beaches, Marginal Way and great shopping - all within 10-15 minutes driving.
Available year round - heated with electrical base board and gas stove. Warm up by the heating during cooler evenings.
No pet allowed on the property (interior/exterior).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Make sure our restaured old wooden windows are all properly closed please
Gather the sand toys/chairs each day before high tide and at the end of your stay.
Please avoid sand in the house: use footbath, broom or vaccum if not. It destroys the wooden varnish.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rentals are 7 nights minimum (from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 11am) during the whole summer season. After Labor Day, we ask 4 nights minimum.
