Why they chose this property

On a visit to the Bourbon Trail we fell in love with the quaint small town charm of Frankfort, Kentucky. Specifically the Historic Special Capital District of South Frankfort, with tree lined streets and homes dating back to the late 1800's just steps to the State Capitol building. The iconic Capitol building is currently undergoing an extensive renovation, but once completed you will have a spectacular view from our back deck.
