The property has clearly been thoughtfully designed and was an amazing weekend getaway. The speakeasy room, game room, hot tub, sauna, bedrooms, common spaces and kitchen were all well appointed. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

This was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had, and we’ve stayed in quite a few. The home was beautiful, incredibly well appointed, and you could tell so much thought and care went into every little detail. Nothing was overlooked.The hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, responsive, and so thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. It felt like much more than just a rental. We would happily stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!

We attended a family wedding in Frankfurt with our adult kids! What a treat it was to have such a fun place to stay!This VRBO is absolutely perfectly set up! Everything is so tastefully done. The attention to detail and the true desire of our hosts to ensure we had a pleasant stay was really appreciated. The kitchen is completely stocked with all items you would need. The coffee bar has the best equipment. The back deck was a lovely place to sit and relax and drink your coffee or favorite beverage! The hot tub and sauna are really fun. But the star of the show is the basement with pool table, tabletop shuffleboard and an old time video game machine, and the secret speakeasy room! We have had the good fortune to travel to many nice places and your home was definitely one we loved and would rent again if we were back home in Frankfurt! As a family that used to rent our mountain house, we understand the work and effort you put into making your home a special part of a trip! We rate your home as one of our favorites! Why they chose this property

On a visit to the Bourbon Trail we fell in love with the quaint small town charm of Frankfort, Kentucky. Specifically the Historic Special Capital District of South Frankfort, with tree lined streets and homes dating back to the late 1800's just steps to the State Capitol building. The iconic Capitol building is currently undergoing an extensive renovation, but once completed you will have a spectacular view from our back deck.
