Private 3-bedroom Guesthouse with beautiful views of Kachemak Bay.
Enjoy your Homer stay with a spacious and serene home that has beautiful views of Kachemak Bay and the surrounding mountains.
Bayview on McLay is located a short drive from downtown Homer and the Homer Spit. The 1800 sq.ft. guesthouse is the bottom floor, with private entrance and parking, of a large home on the hills overlooking Kachemak Bay and the surrounding mountains.
There is a spacious open living area that includes large sofa, entertainment center, game table, and a full-sized kitchen. A separate laundry room is just off the kitchen area.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The master bathroom has a standing shower.
Each of the 2 additional bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a common bathroom, with a shower/tub.
Outside there is a private covered patio with seating to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful view. There is also a BBQ grill if you want to enjoy your free time at home.
The property has a large fire pit area that you are free to use and a greenhouse/garden if you would like to pick some vegetables for your meals.
