In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 7 km from the centre of Vignola, 20 km from the centre of Costa Paradiso, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 150 m from the sea. Private: property with wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: solarium. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at 30 m on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 350 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 380 m. Tennis 850 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Rena Majore 18 km, Palau 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. the paths that leads to the solarium is 2 meters high and has no hadn rail.

Dream Vacation Turned Frustrating

The pictures made the property look amazing (and it is), and the location couldn't be beaten: right next to the beach and market! However, the reality fell short. Upon arrival, surprises arose. We were hit with a hefty security deposit (not mentioned on VRBO), a mandatory cleaning fee, and an additional charge per person for towel rental - all to be paid in cash. To access cash, we had to trek to another town because the host wouldn't accept credit cards. We were traveling with 2 other families and their rental properties didn't have any of these extra fees. We were also asked to show our passports so they could photograph them. I refused because of this little thing called identity theft. I was finally forced to give them the names and numbers but held firm on no photos. The final blow? We were limited to using only 5 of the advertised beds. My older children, who are well over 6 feet tall, were forbidden from sleeping in a king-size bed and were forced to sleep in children's beds because, according to the host, "you only need 5 beds."

Villa da sogno.

La casa è molto bella accogliente,molto vicina a spiaggette meravigliose e solitarie perfetto per chi ama la tranquillità. L'acqua viene erogata ad orari ma basta organizzarci. In ogni caso posto da favola pieno di confort.

Außergewöhnliche Villa

Die Villa liegt inmitten einer ausgesprochen gepflegten Wohnanlage (gated Community) fußläufig 5 Minuten zum eigenen Strand sowie zum gut sortierten Einkaufsladen. Insgesamt stellt die Anlage für sich eine sehr stilvolle und ruhige Umgebung dar (anfand Juni vor Hauptsaison), in welcher die Villa Malvasia speziell durch ihre Hanglage und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf die darunter liegende Meeresbucht ein besonders schönes Objekt darstellt. Die beiden Terrassen bieten wunderbare Aussichtspplätze.

Het open vakantiehuis bevindt zich in een afgesloten natuurgebied/resort. Bij aankomst best bij de ingang afspreken met de vriendelijke Italiaans pratende Silvia. Het huis zelf heeft een prachtige ligging , mooie vergezichten naar de magnifieke kust van Portobello. Het huis was naar Italiaanse normen schoon. Beddengoed en handdoeken wat verouderd. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijne terrassen ook bereikbaar via slaapkamers. Wel afgelegen. Winkeltje in de buurt is ok .

La casa era come ce la aspettavamo. Addirittura meglio. La struttura non è nuovissima ma ben tenuta. Qualche piccolo problema con gli scarichi e con l'approvvigionamento idrico ma le persone incaricate di seguirci ci hanno aiutato e risolto velocemente il problema nonostante il ponte di ferragosto. Tutta la struttura, la casa ma no solo, hanno reso le notre vacanze davvero piacevoli.

Inaspettato!!!

Semplicemente pensavamo che le foto della casa e dintorni in qualche modo esagerassero (la pubblicità è l'anima del commercio). E' successo esattamente il contrario, la realtà ha superato l'immaginazione!!! E la signora S. che ci ha accolto veramente molto gentile e disponibile!!! In una parola: tutto alla grande.
