exclusiv villa with superb sea view over the beach of Pals

Stylish, country-style villa set amidst a Mediterranean garden. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, bathroom (shower), Fully equipped kitchen and a living room (42 inch satellite TV, blue-ray player) in Spanish style.Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel (not for online gaming or video download). From the living room you enter the shady veranda (with outside grill) and enjoy a unique view over the plain, the long sandy beach to Estartit and the sea. A separate external staircase leads to the tower studio (double bed) with its own bathroom. For the hot days, all our bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, on the ground floor additionally with air conditioning. On cool days you have the possibility to warm yourself by the fireplace. In the well-tended garden of palm trees, agaves, oleanders and lavender, there are 3 large terraces with many seating areas and on the lawn you can enjoy your holiday between bougainvillea and fan palms. At our pool, which is heated during the transition period, you will find other possibilities for lying. Several sun loungers and parasols are available. If you have any problems, our house manager will be pleased to help you on the spot (Spanish, Dutch, English).
Electric pool heating: The large pool (8x4m) is heated by a modern and environmentally friendly heat pump and guarantees you pleasant warm water in all seasons!
Around the pool there are sun loungers with sunbeds and umbrellas.

There is currently a private construction site across from our property (new holiday home being built). As a result, there may be occasional construction noise from Monday to Saturday. These works are outside of our control.

wunderbares Haus, praxistauglich ausgestattet mit persönlicher Note.Gute Matrazen, gute QualitĂ€ten bei der Einrichtung, Traumblick, auch vom Wohnzimmer, schöne Aussenanlage. Stellplatz war mit breitem 9-Sitzer eine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Pool auch bei kĂŒhlen Tagen gut nutzbar. Auto erforderlich. Gastgeber gut erreichbar und lösungsorientiert. Jederzeit wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het was te warm om het pad naar beneden (erg steil) te lopen, maar hebben heerlijk (in de schaduw) van het mooie uitzicht genoten. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien (prima bedden, douche, keuken en wifi) en onze zoon van 10 heeft zich prima in het zwembad vermaakt. Bij het zwembad kun je ook in de schaduw liggen, wat erg fijn is met temperaturen boven de 30 graden.

Traumhafte, authentische Finca mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund in der Finca und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war perfekt, man war zu Fuß schnell an verschiedenen StrĂ€nden (wir sind allerdings auch gut zu Fuß) und mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten in der schönen Stadt Begur. Der Standort ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge nach Girona oder Barcelona. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Aussicht. Der Pool war super und es gab eine schöne schattige Area im Poolbereich. Das Haus ist gepflegt und die KĂŒche neu. Wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete KĂŒche in einem Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad

In augustus 2021 een week verbleven in de villa. Het huis heeft prachtig uitzicht waar je elke avond tijdens het avond eten kan genieten op het balkon. Daarnaast is het zwembad fijn verwarmd en voorzieningen van stroming die aangezet kan worden. Hier hadden onze kinderen veel lol mee. Het huis is verder ruim en van alles voorzien. Een van de slaapkamers is wel alleen buiten om bereikbaar dit is met jonge kinderen niet ideaal. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Fantastic family vacation home!

We have enjoyed two weeks in the wunderful house of Manfred. The rooms and beds are perfect, the house is cosy and very complete for one family. It really feels like you are at home! Our kids were a bit older and enjoyed the lower located pool endlessly! The beach is in walking distance, but you need a car for everything else. It is fairly steep and slopy, but with a beautiful view! One thing we would like if we would to come back (and maybe we will!) is some shade for the evening sun on the deck. Many thanks Manfred and maybe till next time!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Was soll man sagen, wir waren begeistert! Als erfahrene Ferienhaus Urlauber haben wir in den letzten 15 Jahren eine ganze Reihe von HĂ€user erleben dĂŒrfen, aber dieses Objekt hat es in unsere persönliche Top 5 Liste geschafft. Lage Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach perfekt. Man hat die Auswahl zwischen 2 StrĂ€nden und kann beide innerhalb von max. 15 per Fuß erreichen. (Achtung es ist sehr hĂŒgelig und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein und laufen mögen) Unser Favorit ist der Strand von Sa Riera. Die Altstadt von Begur ist gerade mal 3,1 km entfernt und ist immer eine Fahrt wert. Haus und GrundstĂŒck Sehr ruhige Lage und einfach nur ein Platz der Erholung. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse und hat einen tollen Blick ĂŒber die gesamte Bucht. Es ist darĂŒber hinaus unser erstes Ferienhaus mit so guten Klimaanlagen und einer guten Isolierung. Hierzu trĂ€gt aber auch im wesentlichen die tolle 3-fach Verglasung eines deutschen Hersteller‘s bei. Der Pool (8m*4m) mit Gegenstromanlage ist perfekt und wurde von uns und unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Der WLAN Empfang war so gut, dass meine Töchter zwischendurch auch gut Amazone Prime streamen konnten. Fazit Perfekter Urlaub und wir werden in Zukunft wieder buchen Viele GrĂŒĂŸe Familie Schulte

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir als Familie den Urlaub hier verbracht und waren fast noch begeisterter, als schon beim ersten Mal. Die Casa ist ein wirklich sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit spanischem Flair. Besonders positiv zu erwĂ€hnen sind die in ausreichender KapazitĂ€t vorhandenen Klimaanlagen! Auch mit dem WLan/Internet/Verbindungen gab es ĂŒberhaupt keine Probleme. Der Poolbereich wurde komplett erneuert und ist wunderschön geworden. Sowieso ist der ganze Außenbereich sehr schön angelegt, mit SonnenplĂ€tzen und schattigen Ecken, sogar ein schattiger Carport fĂŒr's Auto. Zwar erscheint die Zufahrt auf den ersten Blick als Herausforderung, aber sie konnte dann selbst von unseren beiden Kindern (FahranfĂ€nger) gemeistert werden. FĂŒr uns bleiben keine WĂŒnsche offen, außer gerne nochmal wiederzukommen.

zeer fijn huis met fantastisch uitzicht

Wij zijn net terug uit Begur. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad is heerlijk. Het uitzicht over de baai van Pals/ l' Estartit is fantastisch. Begur is een prachtig plaatsje en ook het middeleeuwse Pals ligt vlakbij. Het enige minpunt is dat er in de slaapkamer boven geen airconditioning is (wel fan). Al met al krijgt onze vakantie een dikke 9 !!

Der Pool war ein Traum. Herr Ruppert war sehr bemĂŒht, kleinere technische Probleme umgehend zu lösen. Einziger grössere Makel war, dass wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes praktisch keine Internetnutzung möglich war.

Fantastik

We were 6 persons, family of 4 with kids age 6 +8 and grand parents. It was really fine that the elders could go to the upstairs room when they needed some quiet time from the kids. The look to the sea was very nice and the pool was perfect with tempereture on about 28 degrees celsius. Our 6 year old just had to fine out to swim as he could not reach the botton. Belive the pool is somewhere between 1.25 and 1.80 m deep. It was nice to be able to cool the house down with aircondition downstairs and the fans where nice at night. And We could find everything We needed of kitchen gear.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Unser Urlaub in der Casa Anna-Maria war wirklich großartig. Wir als Familie mit zwei großen Kindern haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (nicht ĂŒberladen) und einladend. Die Ausstattung hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Durch die Klimaanlage in fast allen RĂ€umen, kann man abends auch wirklich gut schlafen. Die große Terrasse sowie die vielen kleinen Sitzecken und -möglichkeiten bieten zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten... wie jeder mag. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch und eigentlich noch viel schöner als der Eindruck von den Fotos. Der tolle Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt, aber auch der Strand ist wirklich in 10 Min. erreichbar. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war wirklich zu genießen. Schön ist auch die NĂ€he zu Begur und Playa de Pals , so dass man wirklich schnell unter Leute kommt, wenn man denn will. Alles in allem eine wunderbare spanische Casita... gerne möchten wir nochmal wiederkommen.

Sommerurlaub

Vom 8. bis und mit 22. Juli 2017 haben wir zu fĂŒnft den Sommer in der Casa Anna Maria genossen. Die grosszĂŒgigen RĂ€ume sowie die tolle Anlage haben uns sehr gefallen und wir verbrachen schöne Momente in diesem Haus. Es gab genĂŒgend Platz im Haus, aber auch beschattete PlĂ€tze auf der Veranda und am Pool. Die Kinder (und auch die Erwachsenen) haben natĂŒrlich den grossen Pool ausgiebig benutzt. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Pals ist einzigartig, sogar das Wellenrauschen konnten wir Nachts geniessen. Generell war es sehr ruhig in dieser Umgebung, was wir sehr geschĂ€tzt haben. Etwas tricki ist die Zufahrt zur Garage, die ist doch etwas steil.

Un petit coin de paradis :))

L’endroit est idĂ©al pour connaitre la rĂ©gion et l’adorable maison est parfaite pour se reposer dans un coin calme et accueillant. Nous regrettons dĂ©jĂ  nos soirĂ©es sur la terrasse avec un superbe barbecue qui fonctionne parfaitement et toutes les commoditĂ©s que nous offre la maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Mais surtout la piscine bien isolĂ©e dans son Ă©crin de verdure qui est une excellente alternative aux jolies criques des alentours mais bien souvent surpeuplĂ©es en Ă©tĂ©. Nous nous sommes sentis tellement bien que nous reviendrons souvent et puis il nous reste tant d’endroits Ă  dĂ©couvrir aux alentour

Inolvidable y en el paraiso

Eramos dos personas, con las descripciones que recibimos con anterioridad fué fåcil encontrar el supermercado y la vinoteca antes de llegar a la casa. Al entrar nos encontramos con una casa limpia, acogedora, tranquila, con todas las comodidades(pocas son las palabras para nombrarlas) y al llegar a la terraza una vista indescriptible. Al entrar en la casa se ve que la casa se hizo con mucho cariño y eso se refleja y siente en cada esquina. La piscina ni hablar, sol a un lado en la mañana y al otro en la tarde, aparte de poder hacer un poco de deporte. La ubicación estå muy central para hacer los diferentes recorridos por los alrededores, con la ayuda de los libros turisticos que se encontraban en la casa !!! realizamos cuatro rutas diferentes, quedamos fascinados, nos quedaron otros recorridos por hacer que conseguridad los haremos, y sin dudar iremos nuevamente a la casa. En los pueblos alrededor hay especåculos musicales en vivo casi a diario, lo supimos por la información que se encontraba en la casa. Nuestra experiencia fué mås que positiva y puedo recomendarla. Gracias nuevamente y hasta una próxima vez.

We liked the house and surroundings very much.

The interior of the house was recently renovated. The owner still has to put the new photos on the website. It's well equipped and very quiet. Only the wifi sometimes doesn't work. The pool is heated and so even in April we could swim. The several terraces give you the opportunity to enjoy the sun as much as possible. We did lots of walks on the nearby beaches. We had a great holliday.

Mer Àn underbart!

Vi var tvÄ familjer, 4 vuxna och 2 16-Äriga killar, och en hund som hyrde denna fastighet i tvÄ veckor. Det var första gÄngen vi hyrde ett hus pÄ detta sÀtt och var vÀl lite tveksamma till om allt skulle fungera bra och vara lika fint som det sÄg ut. Men det var det - om inte Ànnu bÀttre! Huset Àr verkligen ett hÀrligt hus, kÀnns som ett genuint spanskt hus och poolen var underbar. Det absolut bÀsta var utsikten som man inte kunde fÄ nog av. I huset fanns allt - och mer dÀrtill - som man kunde tÀnkas behöva. SÀngarna var sköna och tornrummet var perfekt till vÄra tvÄ tonÄringar. OmrÄdet som huset ligger i Àr fantastiskt vackert och det finns allt frÄn en riktigt stor strand till mÄnga mindre att vÀlja pÄ, alla strÀnder Àr vÀlskötta. Om man tar med sig en hund bör man dock veta att hundar inte Àr tillÄtna pÄ de flesta strÀnder men det gick att hitta stÀllen dÀr han kunde vara med. Det Àr vÀldigt backigt i hela omrÄdet sÄ det kanske inte Àr lÀmpligt för Àldre eller familjer med smÄ barn. Det kÀnns inte som en traditionell turistort, Àr lugnare, renare och mer som hemmamiljö. Kan varmt rekommendera bÄde huset och orten - Äker gÀrna tillbaka!

Besser als alle Fotos

Wir, Familie mit 4 "Kindern" zwischen 15 und 19 Jahren, haben im Mai/Juni dieses Jahres zwei Ferienwochen im "Casa Maria" in Begur verbracht. Trotz der tollen Fotos im Internet waren wir auf Grund auch schon schlechter Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit etwas skeptisch. Diese Bedenken waren aber schon wenige Minuten nach unserer Ankunft verflogen und stellten sich als völlig unbegrĂŒndet heraus. Das Haus, dessen Lage, die Ausstattung, der Blick aufs Meer, der Pool, der Garten, rundherum alles war so, oder sogar noch viel besser, als auf den Fotos oder in der Beschreibung. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren in der NĂ€he und trotzdem wohnten wir völlig ruhig, idyllisch und ungestört und konnten uns ausgezeichnet erholen. Obwohl es keine Probleme gab, hat der Vermieter sich telefonisch nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt und seine UnterstĂŒtzung fĂŒr alle EventualitĂ€ten angeboten. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal recht herzlich fĂŒr alles bedanken und können "Casa Maria" nur empfehlen.

Dieser Blick ist unbezahlbar

Wir haben zum ersten mal ein Ferienhaus aus dem Internet reserviert und waren einigermaßen skeptisch. Am 16.04.2011 sind wir angekommen und waren mehr als begeistert. Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 grĂ¶ĂŸere Kinder, kamen ziemlich geschlaucht von der langen Autofahrt dort an und alle MĂŒdigkeit war sofort verflogen. Man kommt an und das erste was man sieht ist das Meer und den wunderschön angelegten Garten. FĂŒr uns alle war der Pool ein Traum und das Haus ist mit seinen neuen ElektrogerĂ€ten gut ausgestattet. FĂŒr Leute mit kleinen Kindern ( Krabbelalter - drei Jahren) fĂ€nde ich es auf der Grund der vielen Stufen und vielen Möglichkeiten runterzufallen nicht so geeignet. Aber das liegt im eigenen ermĂ€ssen. Geschirr, GlĂ€ser und was man sonst noch so braucht sind reichlich vorhanden. Das Wetter hat bei uns mehr als gut mitgespielt. Aber selbst wenn nicht, bietet das Haus viele Möglichkeiten um mal einen Tag drinnen zu verbringen. FĂŒr uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht,leider waren die ersten Urlaubstage sehr verregnet, aber dann schien doch noch die Sonne und wir konnten bei 20 Grad Außentemperatur und 26 Grad Wassertemperatur im Pool, baden und die Sonne genießen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, typisch spanisch eingerichtet und es hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist in Hanglage und wundervoll angelegt. Auf den Terassen hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß am Strand und im Pool. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand laufen, allerdings sind wir lieber mit dem Auto gefahren,weil man nach dem Baden alles bergauf schleppen muß, inklusive der Kinder :-) Es war ein toller Urlaub, und wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen. Was wir auch sehr gut fanden,ist, das der Hausbesitzer sich vor der Anreise um alles Organisatorische super kĂŒmmert durch E-mails und Anrufe. Es bleiben keine Fragen offen, und wenn man vor Ort etwas braucht ist ein deutscher Hausverwalter da, der das in die hand nimmt. Ein perfekter Urlaub.
