Construction activity is currently taking place in the building opposite the property from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. During these hours, guests may experience occasional noise and disturbances associated with the works.

Additionally, from 1 May 2026 through 20 October 2026, a major renovation project will be carried out within the building itself, affecting both the exterior and interior façades. Scaffolding will be installed, and there may be noise, vibrations, and the presence of workers in the building's common areas during working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00).

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience, and all works will be restricted to standard weekday working hours.
