A queen sofa bed in the living room with TV/DVD/Stereo, dining area with table for four, kitchen and half bath make up the main floor area. A full sized washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach towels, chairs, cooler and wireless internet are also provided.
Private off street parking and professionally landscaped perennial garden makes this a perfect cottage for a couple or small family. The cottage has central AC and is furnished with ”country living” decor and typical Nantucket character. This is a very good location to get to all the downtown attractions as well as jump on the bike path for walking, running biking to other parts of the island.
