Spend your days on the scenic nearby Blue Ridge Parkway, exploring the endless hiking trails of Montreat or at the charming shops and cafes of Black Mountain. It’s a 5-minute drive to the wonderful shops and cafes in Black Mountain and a 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore House.

The upper level boasts a large master bedroom with a king bed, a twin bed, a Smart tv, and an attached full bath. Plus, a Great room with large Smart TV, wood-beamed ceiling, a fireplace, game area, dining area, and NEWLY RENOVATED kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you will need. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a triple bunk bed and a shared full bathroom. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Parking for two vehicles. The four flatscreen Smart TVs include Hulu Live for local channels, movies, and Hulu shows and access to Netflix, Amazon, etc. Rental also has a Wii game console, WiFi, washer, dryer, air-conditioner, and heat. From parking, there is a small incline to access the steps to the lower deck and then about 15 steps to the first deck/screened porch. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room are on this level. Then about 10 inside steps to the second/main level. Or you can take the outside steps to the main level. For security when no one is staying at the cabin, there are two security cameras that face the parking lot ONLY. They are monitored when renters are not there.
