We loved the location of the apartment. The host was very responsive and arranged for a taxi the day we headed for the airport. Good space for 2 or three adults!
The property was perfect for our week in Rome! Walking distance to many attractions, great food just outside the apartment, and the perfect size for five young adults with a kitchen for making meals (when we weren't eating out). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!
An amazing stay in the heart of Rome. Close to everything and most sites are within walking distance. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Always got back to us in a timely fashion with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay near the heart of the city.
We stayed 3 nights before our cruise. The accommodations were perfect. It is difficult to find affordable accommodations for a group of 8. This was perfect. A very safe neighborhood with lovely restaurants. I really could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much.
We love staying in the Jewish quarter. It is so central to everything. Chiara is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. We loved staying in the historical part of Rome with amazing food right outside your door.

"Fabulous! Astonishingly ...
"Fabulous! Astonishingly convenient central location. Spacious and clean apartment and very well equipped kitchen (we found a good choice of pots and pans). Very friendly owner. Grazzie milli!"
This property is in an amazing location. Unfortunately the inside of the apartment is a bunch of stuff from a ww2 surplus store. Beds are stained and mold in bathroom. The owner said the previous tenant broke the dishwasher however we thought father time had broke it. If the owner fixed up this place it would be a 5 star. We did really enjoy the neighborhood and location. Would recommend this place based upon the things we liked about it.

Hello! Thanks a lot for your review.
If you want to stay in an amazing location which will make your stay in Rome unforgettable at an affordable price, this apartment is for you.
If you’re looking for a luxury accommodation, this is not the place for you.
As you see clearly from the pictures, the furniture of the apartment is simple and not a five star one.
Anyway, we use a professional cleaning service, blankets and towels are white and always freshly washed. In case of any problem about cleaning, they would provide immediately.
Thanks again and we hope you’ll be back!
So happy we chose this place! It’s built over the Roman ruins — literally! And of note if you’re looking for it, just across the street and diagonal from the Synagogue. There were trattorias right at the doorway and the Tiber River is across the main street. Walking is possible to almost every main attraction and is recommended as we tried to catch public transportation on our departure date and got quite lost ending up in places of Rome unknown! So it is recommended to bring comfortable walking shoes and see Rome the original way. The best way to arrive is by taxi … it’s just easier! The hosts was kindly helpful and the place was so comfortable, since we all had our individual bed! We loved it.
This apartment is centrally located in the Jewish ghetto section of Rome--so convenient! We were able to walk to all of the major sights in Rome (Vatican is a bus ride but everything else is within walking distance). If you want to stay close to "home" almost everything you need is on your street--restaurants (known for their Jewish artichokes), gelato, or if you're just looking to pick up a bottle of wine. The apartment sleeps 5 comfortably, and Teresa was very communicative regarding check-in and out, making recommendations for our stay and arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!
The location is fabulous and is within 1-2 miles walking distances to all the major places to see. Stay here because of the proximity, not to impress othersZns The check in details didn’t come through for some reason the day or 2 prior to our stay, but we didn’t have to wait long for our host to resend them.
There was only 1 working AC unit during 100+ degree temps during the day, which made night time sleeping sticky, but still tolerable with a fan.
Our host scheduled cabs for us back to the airport as well. Honestly, she made the experience better than the quality of the actual property.

Hello! About check-in details, they’ve been sent via mail through VRBO in the morning (11.43am) of your arrival, scheduled in the afternoon. I had also asked to be contacted via wapp to give the details (to be sure you received it), but you didn’t do that.
You also had the bad luck to stay in the house in the hottest week of Rome history. Sorry about that!
Perfectly functional spot for us, despite being an older building with a few quirks. The floor plan works off you’re ok constantly walking through the room with two beds, but it has enough beds for all of us, just not much privacy between rooms (as advertised). The A/C worked during a really hot few days, and the extra fan in the bedroom was very necessary. The smart TV was great for hanging out during the hottest part of the day. Overall it all worked out.
This apartment was great for our family of 6, and the location was perfect. In order to sleep 6 people, Chiara put extra beds in the main bedroom (we opted not to use the pull out couch in the living room). Everyone had a bed to themself, but there was not so much privacy (including that the other bedroom was separated from the hall by a curtain.) This was totally fine for my family, but may be less comfortable for a group of friends or unrelated people who want a little more privacy. Chiara was great, and responsive, and we overall loved this apartment and location. I highly recommend.
Great lodging in the highly energetic Jewish Ghetto! My family of 5 enjoyed a lovely stay in this Roman apartment. Walking distance to many sites of interest - we certainly got our steps in. This section of Rome is a great hub and brought its own amazing vibe. Restaurants, enoteca and a gelateria on the same block make this a great place to discover a corner of Roma. The check in process of getting the keys was a bit of an adventure but we pushed through and opened the door to a solid apartment with room for all of us. We spent most of our days exploring and the apartment was a clean place to rest at the end of the day while listening to the buzz of activity from the restaurants below. For folks looking for a quiet stay in Roma, this may not be a good fit. For those looking to immerse yourself in Roman culture - stay here! Ciao!
This was a great place to stay in the heart of historical Rome. We felt like we were breathing history. Chiara was an extremely helpful host and she answered my many questions patiently. I was unable to figure out the layout from the diagram posted on this site, but she explained it to me, and it worked for the five of us. From the street inward, there is: a private bedroom for two with a door, an open living room that can sleep one or two, a bedroom with two single beds that has curtains that can be drawn for privacy from those commuting to the bathroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony that overlooks an ancient courtyard. We were happy and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if there is opportunity.
We enjoyed our stay which was a last minute booking. The apartment is really convenient especially if you are looking to stay in the Ghetto area. It was basically clean and ready to use. The beds were adequate for 6, and the wifi worked well. The only issue was the lack of working A/C in one of the bedrooms. Depending on the weather and your tolerances the provided fan may suffice.
Since I went to the supermarket a number of times I didn't mind buying more toilet paper body wash etc, but it would have been nice to have more than one roll in the apartment.
The kitchen was adequate for basic use.
Overall it met our needs and expectations.
The 5 of us had a wonderful time. We loved all the nearby shops and we loved how we could walk to all the attractions in 20 to 40 minutes. We were very comfortable.
We absolutely loved this neighborhood!! The street in front of the condo is pedestrian only. The little bistros are so convenient and yummy! The street is alive and very enjoyable! All of Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!
