Perfect location for visiting Venice!

Comfortable apartment with great location. Neighborhood was good with some walking distance food places. Best was location so close to Venice - bus stop within 3 blocks and only 4 stops before entering Venice. Will recommend!

Beautiful accommodations and reliable communication

The location is perfect if you visit Venice by car. The accommodation has a private parking. The bus stop is just 5 min away and in 15 min you are in Venice. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable.Fabiano gave us great recommendations on where to go and to eat. We will come back and book the same apartment. Thanks Fabiano!

"Apartements is OK. Simple,quite and clear.But in the kitchen was no microwave and was problem with shower drainage. 200 m to the bus stop to Venice (10 minutes trip) but quite long way to train station. 15 minutes to nearest supermarket. The owner is really nice man."

Ok apartment

The apartment was spacious however the mattresses and pillows we’re not comfortable at all and provided little support. They should be upgraded. The apartment was located within a 5 minute walk to the tram stop for a 15minute commute to Venice which was good.

Cute Appartement for 2 days

First we've got another adress and didn't know that was the wrong one. After writing because there was nobody we got the Information and the correct adress. It was a great Apartment but the bathroom and the kitchen smelled often suddendly like urin. We tried to located and removed the smell but i think it came from the drain. The bus and street train station are 5 min by walk away.

Das gut ausgestattete Appartement liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Mestre, in unmittelbarer Nähe findet sich eine Haltestelle der Tram, um nach Venedig zu fahren; auch Supermarkt oder die lebendige Innenstadt von Mestre sind nicht weit.

Die Übergabe war schnell, wurde alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt, wir haben auch ein paar Tips bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ordentlich, gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Espressokocher für den Herd, Ich hätte 1-2 Steckdosenadapter gebraucht, war aber OK. Die Hauptstraße ist ca. 5 Gehminuten , dort gibt es Restaurants, Bäckerei, Kaffees usw, auch die Straßenbahn Haltestelle.Von dort ist man für 1,50 € in 15 Minuten in Venedig. Unser Auto stand die ganze im geschlossenen Hof. In der Nähe, auch zu Fuß nicht weit gibt es ein Aldi und ein Drogeriemarkt (ws gibt da auch Adapter zu kaufen😋) Wir waren mit zwei Hunden da, Gassi gehen ist auch kein Problem in der Gegend. Es zwar ein kurzer Trip, es hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen, Danke für alles.

Abnsolut Top für den Aufenthalt in Venedig

Alles war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben eine Senseo Kaffemaschine dabei gehabt, da keine Kaffemaschine vorhanden ist. Im Winter emphelken wir eine zwei warme Decken mitzubringen da man in Italien den Winter nicht so auf dem Schirm hat aber das ist ein kleiner Aufwand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber inkl Bad. Zentrum sehr nah mit Geschäften Restaurants und tollen Bars und fast vor der Haustüre knapp 200 Meter entfernt, Straßenbahnanschluss nach Venedig im 10 Minuten Tak mit ca 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Der Gastgeber ist ein klasse Typ, sehr nett und angenehm, Übergabe und Rückgabe fuktionierten einwandfrei und es wird englisch gesprochen falls benötigt. PKW kann ebgeschlossen im Innenhof stehen und den braucht man für den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht da alles sehr nah ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, Danke Fabiano für den schönen Aufenthalt.

sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

WIr haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet von Mestre. Venedig ist schnell und gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, von der Waschmaschine über eine Klimaanlage bis zum Balkon. Besonders nett war für uns auch der Empfang, bei dem uns alles in der Wohnung erklärt wurde, der Besitzer der Wohnung war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Danke für den Tipp, mit den Fahrrädern über die lange Brücke nach Venedig zu fahren und dort die Fähre zu nehmen. WIr kommen sicher wieder, wenn wir nach Venedig fahren!

Lägenheten ligget perfekt i Mestre ett kvarter från spårvägen ut till Venedig. Kommer man med bil ställer man den på den inhägnade innergården. Tio minuter från lägenheter ligger ett köpcentrs om man vill tillaga mat i egen regi

Buongiorno, come ho citato nel titolo " è stata una vacanza meravigliosa" in quanto abbiamo trovato ospitalità e cordialità dal Sig Ballarin nel suo appartamento . Infatti l'appartamento e comodo per venezia e avere il posto auto chiuso in un cortile e veramente vantaggioso. In futuro prossimo assolutamente dobbiamo tornarci.. Arrivederci Sig Fabiano....

"Cet appartement est effectivement juste à côté du bus allant à Venise, mais il n''y a ni superette ni petit resto à proximité (il faut marcher au moins 20 min pour aller au centre). A part le grand lit de la chambre, les autres lits étaient de très mauvaise qualité, on a dû caser nos deux enfants: un par terre sur un matelas et un autre avec nous dans le lit. Heureusement que ce n''était que pour 2 nuits."

"Nous avons passé un sejour très agréable dans cet appartement tout à fait conforme à la description faite dans l''annonce. Le propriétaire nous a bien informé sur l''itinéraire à suivre, est venu nous attendre et nous a très bien accueillis, l'' appartement est très propre avec tout le confort souhaité,calme, le parking fermé pour la voiture,la ligne de bus pour aller à Venise tout à côté avec petits commerces de proximité devant l''arrêt du bus, tout à été parfait, même le temps. Je recommande très volontiers à ceux qui veulent aller visiter Venise et les environs."

Très bon contact et suivi par mails avant le voyage : informations sur trajet aéroport jusqu'à destination, acceuil à l'arrivée. l'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce et situé au calme. de Mestre, il est très facile de se rendre à venise, l'arrêt de bus est à 10 min de marche Nous avons fait un très bon séjour malgré le temps qui n'était pas vraiment de la partie "
