Ideal location on a very quiet street, within 10 minutes walk of the Ponte Vecchio and the old town. Annalisa was very helpful and communicative. The steps to the third floor (4th floor for us Americans) could be a challenge for some, and a challenge for heavy baggage, but we knew that when we booked. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved the location, quick walk to everything, convient to bus stop to get to train. For our family of 4, 2 slept downstairs and 2 upstairs in loft. Nice quiet location, clean and everything we needed in bathroom and kitchen.
This stay was amazing. The location was outstanding. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Everything was easy and the place was immaculate.Thank you very much.
My husband, son and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location was great! The street is quiet and is walking distance to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was clean and had enough space for the three of us. Annalisa was very responsive. Would recommend! Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. :)
My 2 teenagers and I stayed at this perfectly located apartment. Steps from the sites: Uffizi, Michelangelo Palzzo, ponte vecchio. We felt very safe, our street was quiet w a number of restaurants steps away.
We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of getting to all the attractions. We loved being across the River Within 1 block of the bridge. It did get fairly hot while we were visiting and it would have been very nice to have had a fan for both the upstairs and the downstairs sleeping areas. The host gave us great recommendations for restaurants and made it very easy for check in and out! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence.
Such a convenient apartment to all the must sees in Florence. Host responsive. A few stairs to climb but Florence is for walking anyway! Toasty in the summer but evenings are cool and pleasant. Thank you Annalissa!
The apartment is very well equipped. The host is great at communicating. We were slightly disappointed that we didn’t have a view of the river - as the photos seem to suggest.

Absolutely loved our stay! The unit is on the 3rd level to be prepared if you have lots of luggage. We had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 8 and 14) so we stayed on the main level and the kids each had their own beds and area upstairs. Perfect and spacious + kitchen was great to have! We ate at both the restaurants down on the street we overlooked which were both 10/10! You are so close to everything and can walk everywhere! Very safe! Parking was on the street and we paid about 10-15 euros a day! Owner was great to communicate with! Highly recommend
The apartment is in a very nice part of town. It is a walkable distance to all of the important sights in Florence. The hostess was attentive to all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All and all this is a very good value.
Excellent host and excellent place to stay! I highly recommend this listing. Perfect location to walk to museums and other historic interests. Also close walk to shopping and right near the river. It was great!

The apartment easily accommodated the 3 of us. It was easy to find and access. Stone’s through from Ponte Vecchio and a 15 minute walk to The Duomo. This side of the Arno feels more authentic with excellent restaurants and less tourist type shopping. The owner/Hostess was very kind and on top of things and a superb
This apt is in an absolutely perfect location. Everything is walkable, the neighborhood is super quiet with good food on the same street. The loft ceiling is a little low so not great for tall people. Everything was clean, owner response was quick and even allowed us to store our luggage in the garage after check out so we could enjoy the area before heading to the train station. Only downside was the bathroom, a little small and no curtain or door on the shower. Would stay again.
