Lovely house and garden with easy access to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants nearby

We enjoyed two perfect weeks here during the heatwave. Luciana was most helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process and at the house. Several beautiful beaches were only 5 minutes drive away plus 4 restaurants within 5 minutes walk, all with very good food. The barbecue came in handy as did the air con in the bedroom on hot nights. The lovely south facing garden was part of a picturesque outlook to the hills. The sun beds were well used and the outdoor shower was good to cool off. We would love to come back!

Ganz toller Urlaub in Chia! In einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Chia! Das Ferienhaus hat alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir sind in Cagliari gelandet und haben ca. 40 Minuten zu dem Ferienhaus mit dem Mietwagen gebraucht. Luciana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt hat großartig funktioniert. Bei Ankunft und bei Abreise. Luciana hilft bei allen Fragen weiter und kümmert sich um die Gäste. Im Haus ist alles wie beschrieben, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Der schöne Garten lädt zum erholen ein! Ob ein Besuch im Restaurant gegenüber oder ein Barbecue (Grill im Garten) Supermarkt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt - Möglichkeiten hat man viele um es sich gut gehen zu lassen! Ausflüge nach Cagliari, baden am Strand von Chia (Strandutensilien im Haus werden zur Verfügung gestellt) oder ein Besuch in Sant Antioco, Porto Pino, Porto Flavia..... alles sehr gut zu erreichen vom Ferienhaus. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke Luciana für die Gastfreundschaft!!! Liebe Grüße

Confortevole casa in posizione strategica

La casa è esattamente come indicata nella descrizione e mostrata nelle foto. Molto confortevole, fresca e con un giardino ampio, ricco di fiori e piante da frutto. Molto disponibili i proprietari che con le loro indicazioni e suggerimenti hanno contribuito al piacere del nostro soggiorno a Chia. Decisamente buona la qualità del sonno, nonostante la casa sia a ridosso della strada.

Beautiful House and Garden

We enjoyed our vacation a lot. The garden is very beautiful and everything is there to have a sunny day if it is to windy for the wonderful beaches near by. Next village to go by car is Pula where you can spend a nice evening with italian flair, good food and shopping of italian goods. Directly vis-a-vis of the house is another very good restaurant. Luciana is the best host one can wish for. Very friendly and all minor problems were solved immediately.

Un’oasi di relax

Ogni volta che rientri da una giornata di mare il giardino con il prato e i suoi fiori ti accolgono. Casa super accogliente, fresca e comoda. Climatizzatore, usata solo una sera su 10. Giardino con fiori e frutta fresca. Spiagge incantantate. Casa vicina a tutto per fare la spesa, negozi raggiungibili a piedi. Non manca nulla per un soggiorno di relax e tranquillità. Casa vicina alla strada ma non vi è alcun disturbo. Proprietari sorridenti e disponibili ma hai tutto per trascorrere una vera vacanza. Cosa aggiungere e cosa dire di più... grazie e complimenti.

Beautiful house close to the most beautiful beaches

We have been to Chia in June 2018 and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is small, but has everything you need for a perfect holiday (and if you miss something you can call Luciana who is the most helpful person!) The garden is perfect to relax (and playground, our 2 year old daughter had a great time exploring nature). Opposit the house is a well-sorted supermarket and a super delicious Pizzeria (Le Mirage) - we often ordered food and enjoyed our meal in the garden. What you need to know (no reference to the house!) - you cannot walk to the beaches, as there is no pavement and it is a main street, so it is not safe and you wouldnt want to walk in the heat (it is 15 minutes if you go straight) - Chia has no „nightlife“ or promenade or anything for leasure in the evening. It is quiet and nature at its best! Tanti saluti a Luciana, grazie mille! 😘

Ottima soluzione

Casa piccolina ma ok anche per 4 persone. Il giardino è fantastico e consente di godersi tanto tempo all’esterno. Ottima anche la doccia esterna ed il barbecue a disposizione. Menzione speciale, oltre che per la gentilissima Luciana, per i buonissimi fichi delle piante del giardino 😁

Nice property but unfortunately on busy road and needs a little bit of attention

This is a very nice property with large garden , areas for sun and shade , however as it is right on a busy road it’s not very peaceful to sit in the garden. Luciana was very welcoming on arrival but I think there are a few things that need some attention. You have to pay for the linen but the double bed fitted sheet was much too small and kept coming off in the night. Pillows not adequate. There were no wine glasses and only one of the mugs wasn’t chipped. The Kitchen cupboards need sorting out - too much in one in particular and some items need replacing. The head shades on the sun beds were loose so unusable. These things did not detract from our stay but it’s a shame the property is let down a bit purely due to lack of attention. This is a lovely area for a relaxing stay , nothing going on in Chia apart from lovely beaches . Good things are the shop just yards away and the Mirage restaurant across the road ( You need to book as very popular )

I was very puzzled reading this review ... I think they have not been to my house! I could respond point by point to the statements of these customers ... But I do not want to dwell! I invite the people who read the review, to read the other 20 reviews about my house, to understand that the written things are not true . We have double checked the cups and are in perfect order, none of them chipped or damaged. As for the sheets, they are standard and suitable for the mattress, so they dress perfectly. But, if the gentlemen had told me, I would have had no problem giving him another pair of sheets. They did not see that there were other pillows on the sofa bed, just a call and I would have told him. I am always available to guests, contact me and I would have solved all the problems.

Vacanza relax

Abbiamo trascorso un delizioso e rilassante soggiorno a Chia in questa casetta immersa nel verde tra vigneti e piante da frutto e un bel giardino curato. La casa e' molto carina, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria Luciana e suo marito sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci siam subito trovati bene come se ci conoscessimo da sempre! Consiglio a tutti questa splendida proprietà. Mare e spiagge INCANTEVOLI! W Chia!

Relax a Chia

Una casa davvero deliziosa a poca distanza da alcune delle spiagge più belle della Sardegna. La casa è esattamente come descritta e le foto rispecchiano esattamente la realtà, quindi state tranquilli nessuna sorpresa negativa! Pur essendo in prossimità della strada, la casa è in realtà molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ottima per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax a contatto con la natura. La casa al suo interno molto pulita ed ordinata, camera da letto nuova, stoviglie nuove ed ogni genere di confort. Ha un giardino ampio e ben curato, ideale per prendere il sole e rilassarsi, dove il nostro bambino ha avuto a disposizione tutto lo spazio per giocare liberamente e senza pericoli. Bellissimo poter mangiare fuori all'ombra della veranda, con la vista del giardino, dei vigneti e delle colline circostanti. L'ospitalità è stata più che squisita, Luciana ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo giorno! Sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti con dolci tipici e focaccia buonissimi, acqua e vino messi al fresco appositamente per noi. Sicuramente un posto che consigliamo a tutti. Credo proprio che ci torneremo! Un grazie di cuore a Luciana e un arrivederci a presto!

casa graziosa vista vigneti

a 5 minuti di auto da spiagge meravigliose, casa adiacente alla strada, tuttavia abbastanza silenziosa la notte, meglio dopo il periodo di ferragosto. Giardino molto curato e ampissimo con vista meravigliosa sulle colline ricche di vigneti e di fichi. Casa confortevole, molto gentile la proprietaria, sempre disponibile e veloce ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessita'. A due passi ottimo ristorante-pizzeria e market.

Lovely peaceful little house in good location

Stayed at Luciana's lovely little house for a week in June and had wondeful time. The house is cute and welcoming and had everything we required. The garden is gorgeous - we spent a long time relaxing there and ate our meals out there. Luciana was there to welcome us with bread and cake - so thoughtful. The house is easy to find and well placed for local amenities. There is a small supermarket opposite and a larger one five minutes down the road. There are also many stalls selling fruit and veg a few minutes walk away. Opposite is a nice restaurant which has a bar where you can use their wi-fi as the house does not have this. There are two other restaurant that you can walk to if you do not want to drive in the evening - but more a short drive away. The beaches near the house are fantastic - there are two which we walked to a few times (a gentle 15min stroll) and more you can drive to. All in all the perfect little quiet get-away.

Non posso che dire tutto il meglio possibile di Chia,e di questa incantevole casetta a due passi da tutto...impagabile per noi che abbiamo un bimbo piccolo e vivace il grande giardino davanti a casa;impagabile poter mangiare fuori guardando il sole,impagabile il calore di casa e;soprattutto,impagabili Luciana e Ignazio che sono diventati subito amici...nostro figlio li ha scelti da subito e noi con lui!!

Chia, Casa Vacanza 6426793. Una casetta indipendente e deliziosa, con un ampio giardino pulito e ben curato, adatta a famiglie con bambini e a chi ha bisogno di pace e relax. La casa è vicina alle principali spiagge di Chia e ben collegata con i centri abitati; si trova a pochi passi da botteghe e verdurieri dove è possibile acquistare prodotti per qualunque tipo di necessità. La padrona, la Signora Luciana Putzu, è gentile e disponibile, per informazioni o particolari necessità. L'appartamento - saloncino living, una camera e un bagno - corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione nell'annuncio, pulito, ben attrezzato e in perfette condizioni. La scelta ideale per chi vuole godersi un mare bellissimo, in un luogo tranquillo e in mezzo alla natura.

Comodità, tranquillità, relax...

Casa con ogni comodità, posizione ottima per le migliori spiagge della zona e per ogni tipo di servizio necessario. Minimarket e ristoranti a meno di 100 mt, strada principale vicinissima ma assolutamente non invasiva nè per rumore nè per pericolosità! Giardino curatissimo, doccia esterna calda comodissima, patio esterno molto bello per cenare godendosi il panorama! Proprietà gentilissima, dall'accoglienza alla "fornitura" di uva da tavola a metri zero! Ideale per coppie, famiglie con bambini...per tutti! Assolutamente da consigliare e suggerire! E soprattutto per chi si ostina a cercare il mare tropicale...w la Sardegna e w Chia tutta la vita!

Villetta immersa nel verde e vicina al mare.

Villetta molto graziosa, immersa nel verde e molto vicina alle spiagge più belle di Chia, ideale sarebbe spostarsi anche in bici. Appena usciti dalla casa ci sono markets e ristoranti e rivendita di frutta e verdura. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha accolto con dolcetti, vino e focaccia locale. La casa si presenta ancor meglio di come è presentato nel sito, molto pulita e il giardino è anche ben curato A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono gli alberi da fico e i vigneti da cui si può raccogliere fichi e uva .Lo consigliamo caldamente a tutti e sicuramente ci ritornerei.i

Tranquilla in campagna e vicina alle spiagge

Casa molto ben tenuta, pulita, immersa nella campagna, ma a un passo da una serie di spiagge e golette bellissime. Proprio dall'altro lato della strada vi e' un ottimo ristorante-pizzeria e a 100 metri un piccolo centro commericiale molto fornito. I proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e intervengono subito in caso di bisogno.

Vacanza stupenda...

Dalle foto visionate, siamo rimasti sorpresi in meglio una volta arrivati a destinazione ...casetta pulita, in posizione ottimale per visitare le belle spiagge di Chia e oltre. Tranquilla, ben curata, uno scrigno di pace, con ogni confort.. La proprietaria, ci ha accolto come amici offrendoci vino, pizza locale e dolcetti.... la gentilezza sarda non si smentisce. Vicino casa si trova un minimarket e un ristorante/pizzeria dove abbiamo mangiato bene, poi diversi punti vendita di frutta e verdura, non lontano un pescivendolo, macelleria...insomma tutto. Consiglieremo questa casa ai nostri amici e conoscenti. Ai proprietari invio cordiali saluti.

Casa molto pulita e bella...comoda x raggiungere tutte le piu belle spiagge...dotata di ogni confort e con un giardino bellissimo..vicinissima a market...ristorante..bar. ..la signora Luciana è stata fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile...ci hha accolti in maniera splendida offrendoci dolci tipici...focacce della zona e una buonissima bottiglia di vino che il sottoscritto ha apprezzato e gustato....la vacanza è stata bellissima e sicuramente torneremo..un grazie di cuore a Luciana e alla sua casa xche sela nostra vacanza rimarrà indelebile è anche grazie a loro...DA PROVARE...

La casa, che si presenta esattamente come nella foto, e' completa di tutto quanto possa servire, molto comoda, pulita e carina e si affaccia su un grande giardino ben curato e riservato. Ideale e molto romantica per una coppia (ma può' ospitare anche quattro persone). I proprietari sono persone deliziose, riservati e disponibili, la signora Luciana ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa in un ambiente naturale unico, indimenticabile come quello di Chia. Torneremo sicuramente.

Devo ringraziare questa coppia meravigliosa, per la cura e l'amore che hanno avuto per la mia casa. Educati, gentili, puliti e molto simpatici...Sono le persone ideali che noi proprietari vorremo avere come ospiti. Con mia grande gioia si sono sentiti come a casa loro e la signora ha raccolto i fichi dalle piante in giardino e ha fatto un'ottima marmellata... Grazie ancora di tutto e arrivederci a presto.

carinissima e romantica casetta a chia

L'appartameno è fantastico in una posizione strategica, una passeggiata dal centro del paese e vicino alle più belle spiagge del sud della sardegna, su giudeu, sa campana, cala cipolla, tuerredda, piscinnì...La sera si gode di vento fresco che rigenera le giornate al mare. Tutti i servizi sono comodissimi, bar, ristoranti, supermarket a due passi. L'appartamento è molto carino, perfetto e molto romantico per due persone, ne ospita comodamente anche quattro. All'esterno vi è un bellissimo e curatissimo giardino, ottimo per prendere il sole e rilassarsi, con doccia e barbecue, veranda dove è possibile pranzare e cenare. All'interno gli ambienti sono puliti e moderni, offrono ogni genere di comfort: pentole, piatti e stoviglie nuovi, asciugamani, attrezzature per la spiaggia, climatizzatore, televisore via cavo...siamo stati accolti (benissimo con cibo e bevande fresche!!) dalla simpatica e disponibile signora Luciana, la quale è possibile contattarla per eventuali necessità. Il tutto garantisce una vacanza indimenticabile sia per la locazione che per le stupende spiagge e la natura incontaminata della zona....noi ci torneremo di sicuro!!
