This detached lodge cabin is on a small site on the edge of Liverton village near to Danby and Staithes and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Hawthorne Lodge is a lovely detached lodge situated on a small site on the edge of Liverton village near to Danby and Staithes and close to the North York Moors National Park. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private decked veranda and shared lawn with furniture. Hawthorne Lodge is a delightful lodge and an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Please note: property allows a maximum of 4 people including any infants. Max. one dog only
Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private decked veranda and shared lawned area with furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars. Strictly one well-behaved dog welcome. Town: The village of Danby nestles in the beautiful and peaceful Esk Valley in the heart of The North York Moors. The village has two pubs (both serving food), a bakery and tea room. There is also an excellent National Park Visitor Centre at Danby Lodge – an historic building set in 13 acres of riverside pasture, with facilities which include exhibitions, nature trails and tea rooms. Danby also boasts the ruins of a 14th century castle and the only remaining working water mill on the River Esk. The scenic Esk Valley Railway line runs through the village on its way to Whitby.
