Apartment nice and big, close to the local supermarket which was handy. Handful of restaurants down the hill we tried the Japanese it was fantastic. Used uber a few times to get down to the marina which was easy, slight misunderstanding with TV but between Miss Sharon and the owner was resolved very quickly.

Perfect location

This is a fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need in a perfect location just opposite the beach. Restaurants and a supermarket are also close by. Manuel was extremely helpful before and throughout the stay. The balcony has lovely views of the sea. We will definitely look to stay again in the future

Lovely apartment/location

We spent 11 nights here and had a lovely time. The pool is really nice and we used it every day. The beach is a 5 minutes walk and the nearby supermarket was absolutely fantastic. Sharon who was the lady I liaised with when arriving at the property was really helpful as was her son who checked us in. Sharon was also kind enough to book us a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. Great stay and would recommend. Thank you Manuel for the use of your lovely apartment.

Very well located apartment. Clode to the beach, the mercadona and the bus stop. We enjoyed the terrasse and the view very much. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, I would definately recommend it. We were a little bit disapointed by the cleaness of the property. the shower curtain needs to be changed and the dishes in the kitchen needed to be all washed before usage. The owner is very responsive and pleasant.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Läden direkt um die Ecke und der ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Dazu ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und den Pool darf man auch mit benutzen.

Great Balcony and close to all amenities

We had a bit of a problem at check in with the let agency 10 mins late and not speaking English. Was more of here are you keys carry on. However Manuel was always contactable by email with a speedy response. The property we were very pleased with. Kitchen well equipped with kettle, microwave, cooker, toaster fridge/freezer all we needed for our stay. Bathroom large with a powerful shower over the bath. But the views from the balcony accessible from both a large living room and bedroom. The balcony was equipped with table and chairs and two sun loungers.. Living room and Bedroom very clean with good storage space. The supermarket was only 5 mins walk (closed on Sundays) and the shopping trolley Manuel had was invaluable for carrying shopping back to apartment. There are several restaurants available within 5 mins walk from apartment, so spoilt for choice. A great location for Benalnatura beach and again Manuel provided 2 beach chairs and a parasol which were great . Any queries we had we just emailed Manuel who was always very quick to respond. The area is very hilly and there are a lot of steps and slopes to walk but was fine for us. Overall would have no reason not to recommend this apartment.

Bon séjour.

A part une erreur qui s'était glissée dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas eu de mauvaise surprise. Manuel a eu la délicatesse de nous offrir de belles serviettes de plages pour compenser l'absence d'internet pourtant stipulé dans l'annonce (un bug informatique inexpliqué). L'appartement est lumineux, spacieux et confortable. Plages et supermarché à proximité. Terrasse avec une belle vue sur mer, bruyante mais nous étions prévenus par un commentaire précédent. Cela ne nous a pas gêné à outre mesure. L'appartement a beaucoup de rangements et on s'y sent bien. Le parking est un vrai plus. Nous avons eu deux blattes sur la terrasse et une dans la cuisine sur les 15 jours mais rien de grave. Le produit mis à disposition est très efficace et nous n'avons pas du tout été envahis, l'appartement est très propre. Il semble qu'il y en ait dans la région, il faut faire avec. Cela semble occasionnel. L'accueil fut sympathique, Ankie est très réactive. Le propriétaire est soucieux de la qualité de sa location, il est très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons cet appartement. En ce qui concerne les alentours, il y a beaucoup à faire mais il faut faire pas mal de route. Nous recommandons Malaga, Cordou (fait sur 2j) et Grenade (Alhambra) mais également le bioparc et le parc des papillons pour les enfants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle région !

Amazing Vacation

Have just returned from a 3 week stay at Manuel’s apartment and can honestly say we had an amazing time. Contact with Manuel was exceptionally quick and efficient as was our arrival and departure procedures with Mrs Ankie. The apartment was as described and exceptionally clean and spacious.The view from the balcony was awesome and we ate breakfast there each morning.(The table and chairs need attention) but we serviceable.It would have been nice to have sunloungers as the sun is on the balcony almost all day. The supermarket is a short walk from the car park and there is Manuel has provided a wheeled shopping trolley.Great idea! The bus stops are close by and quite efficient, best to call at the Tobacconist to purchase a prepaid card...save a lot of time and money. There is a nice beach across the road, although naturist it has a fine bar which also serves food.It is accessed by 85 steps down to the beach which kept us quite fit.It is well maintained and well worth a visit. The lack of internet was a slight disadvantage but we managed at local bars etc. All in all we had an amazing time and looking forward to returning next year. With a little attention to the details mention I would have given this 5*

Résidence et résidents très agréable. Piscine très peu fréquenté et super agréable, un vrai plaisir. Plage super belle à quelques kilomètres en direction de marbella (sable). Bus et train à proximité mais une voiture est nécessaire si vous voulez visiter l'arrière pays magnifique Mijas, Cordoue.... Pour Malaga il est plus agréable d'y aller en train. Temps plus court et pas de galère pour se garer. Centre historique magnifique, nous avons adoré. En ce qui concerne le logement il est comme représenté sur les photos. Terrasse pas du tout agréable avec le passage de véhicules. Dommage car ça devrait être un atout considérable en été. Gros soucis dès la première nuit avec de gros visiteurs (cafards) qui se sont inviter sans rien demander. La région doit être propice à ça. Cependant Manuel a été à notre écoute et s'est toujours rendu disponible lors de nos interpellations. c'est une personne très agréable et très compréhensive. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'aspirateur dans le logement. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons revenir poursuivre la découverte du pays.

Hemos pasado 10 dias de agosto en este apartamento.(2 niños de 6 y 9 años) El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, no engaña en absoluto. Estancias amplias y decoradas con gusto.Cerca hay un mercadona. Tiene tres calas en frente,cruzando la carretera. Las piscinas estan muy bien, con agua calentita...por decir algo hechamos de menos alguna sombrilla mas. la zona:se encuentra entre Benalmadena y Fuengirola, a las que necesitas coche para llegar. La respuesta del propietario, Manuel, siempre ha sido rapida y la atencion por parte de la persona encargada de recibirnos, la correcta. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones de descanso y relax muy agusto.

Good location and great views

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment, had no problem entering the property and it is well equipped with most things you will need. A kettle and internet access would be a good addition but I took my own MIFI and if we needed boiling water using a pan wasn't a great hardship. The apartment is located a couple of minutes from a bus stop which goes back and to from Malaga, stopping at all the places in-between - runs every 15 minutes. The view from the large balcony is impressive and the pool area is quiet and clean, there is also a designated car park space if you are travelling by car. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the same to a good supermarket, please ne aware that most of the TV channels are Spanish and there isn't a Dvd player - I took my own MIFI so this again wasn't a problem. Overall I would definitely stay again - thanks to both Mrs Ankie and Manuel.

Undoubtedly it highlights three aspects that we decided to buy this apartment ; the brightness of the entire house due to its south orientation, wonderful sea views , so close , and that can be enjoyed from almost every room, and finally , the Benalmadena area in which it is located , this part of Torrequebrada perfectly combines the tranquility of day and night with complete equipment service with which account , where a few hundred meters , less than five minutes walk , we can find "Mercadona" (famous supermarket) , cash machine, restaurants , bars , cafes , pharmacie , and any other services that we need .

What makes this property unique

Besides that I just mentioned , both the apartment and the area , propose enjoy the views and tranquility that provide the wide stone walkway with railings of wood that exists right in front , above the cliffs between Cove and cove where the surf and sea sounds. Of course , also a bath of sea and sun in any of the three beaches that front of the building , or just a quiet dinner on the terrace of the apartment while the bay of Fuengirola and the illuminated , southwest city is contemplated.
