Great property in Crystal Beach area of Destin....THE PLACE TO BE! -This is the nicest condo in Caribbean Dunes - newly renovated, floor, refrigerator, tile, furniture, luxury linens, lighting, paint, even air conditioning !!
EVERTHING is new, very clean, and extremely comfortable. There are two master suites each with their own private bath . One is on the main floor and one is the spacious upstairs loft for plenty of privacy. There is a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Six can sleep comfortably and nobody is stuck with a bunk in the hall. The kitchen is quite large so there is plenty of room for the chefs in your group. We have just added beautiful glass tile backsplash and new appliances. There are plenty of pot, pans, and of course dishes, silverware, and glassware. The large balcony has terrific views of the Gulf and we have added lovely 18" travertine tile so it is smooth on your bare feet. Relax and enjoy the view, nice breeze, and sunshine.
Walk to the end of the block to Camille's, one of Destin's favorite restaurants, and enjoy a cocktail or a nice meal.
Upon arrival, to get you started there will be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one laundry pod. There are grocery stores very nearby.

The condo was pretty dirty, lots of dust on fans and vents. Couches old and stained. Dishwasher smelled. Lots log dirt and scrapes on the walls. Railing to the loft was loose. Stained bedding looked like blood and was old. Hot tub not working. Kitchen drawers had dirt in them, even the silverware organizer. No closet for the upstairs loft.

It gives us great joy to rent to our vacationing guests and hear about what a wonderful time they had in Destin. Most of our guests come back year after year. We feel like they are family. We are always available for our guests and take great pride in giving each of them excellent customer service. Making wonderful family memories in Destin is what it is all about. We have so many with our own children.

Why they chose this property

Caribbean Dunes is at the quiet end of Scenic Gulf Drive and is absolutely relaxing. The area is known as Crystal Beach for the exceptionally clean clear water and sugar white sand. It is the best area of Destin. After staying in different areas ourselves this is where we knew we wanted to be. We are certain you will love it too.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condo the minute we walked in the front door. It is larger than most we had seen. The kitchen is large and so is the balcony. The floor plan is unique with the two master bedrooms. We love that no one has to sleep in a hall bunk. The setting is lovely with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. It give you a wonderful feeling of rest and relaxation. You can hear the birds sing at this end of Destin. It's beautiful.
