There is no better way to relax and unwind than being in a lovely home-from-home in the most perfect of locations with the security, convenience and amenities of an upscale gated resort estate. This two storey villa is located in a prime position at February Point resort estates and is one of only a very small number of properties that are right on the beach.

From the villa, you can take a morning dip in the warm ocean or in the fresh water infinity pool at the Rusty Anchor beach club or just relax and enjoy the endlessly changing colors of the ocean and skies from the comfort of the large wrap around veranda or private sandy garden. The crystal clear waters for which Exuma is renown, is just a few feet from the villa, where you can safely swim, snorkel or fish. If you are looking to keep in shape, you can work out at the resort fitness centre or have a gentle game of tennis at one of the two floodlit courts. There is something for everyone at our lovely home.

The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom.

The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance.

Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy.

We have been staying at Seacroft Villa for many years and feel at home there...the minute you walk in you are in paradise. So close to pretty to your own beach and little bay to play in - full of sea life! This property has all the amenities you need and owners are wonderful! February Point property is close to downtown. February Point also has a great restaurant that we highly recommend on the property - Rusty Anchor. You are met with safe and kind people on property, and the island will only give you special memories.

The hosts were amazing from the moment of booking. The location was perfect - gated community, walk to the restaurant, bar, community pool and beach. Very easy drive to town and fabulous nearby beaches (Jolly Hall was fab!) But the best part was the house. Our “backyard” was the ocean! We saw a turtle, many fish, found a large conch. Played with starfish (gently and put them back,) Next time we’ll rent a boat and tie it up behind the house! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday. The house is extremely well appointed, especially the kitchen where I even managed to make a full Christmas dinner in the enormous oven! The views from the villa are just stunning and Exuma itself is a dream come true. The beds are super comfortable and we all felt very at home at February Point. There is a communal pool right next to the villa which the kids loved using. We made use of the Rusty Anchor restaurant on site and the food and service was great. We also had massages at the spa which my husband and I agreed were the best we'd ever had!Before we arrived Phil and Denise were always available to answer my (frequent) questions and were really helpful.If you're not sure, just book! You will have the holiday of a lifetime at this villa and on Exuma.

We loved this property! Out of all the places we snorkeled on the island, the sea life right off our front porch was the most impressive. We saw a sea turtle, several starfish, conchs, a stingray, and multiple species of fish. The villa is just a short walk from the restaurant and spa, where I had the best ocean-side massage! Even during bad weather, the view was stunning. We would absolutely recommend this villa. The owners were very responsive and polite! This house was exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price for the area. The location is incredible, Just minutes away from Georgetown groceries etc. they have multiple swimming pools for the kids and a restaurant on the property. We were one of the first to buy at February Point in the year 2000. The development was advertised in an English Sunday newspaper and it looked gorgeous so we got on a plane to Exuma. Although we could only see the foundations being laid for the property, we knew it was going to be an amazing home for us, especially as the turquoise water was only a few feet away. Even though we have visited many times, we still experience that jaw dropping moment when we see the ocean from the property for the first time. It is a privilege to own Seacroft villa and we love hearing how our guests have enjoyed their stay with us. In many cases, they have had a magical life changing experience. We hope you will have the same.

Phil and Denise are English and live in London. If you make an inquiry we will usually respond within an hour or two, but there may be a time difference so could take a little longer.

Why they chose this property

A little taste of heaven! Great Exuma is beautiful and unspoiled it sold itself to us. February Point is probably the most beautiful location on the island and close to George Town & amenities. The villa is one of very few actually on the beach front at February Point resort.

What makes this property unique

An opportunity to stay in one of just a very few properties on the February Point resort that are directly on the beachfront. Just walk out of the door and you are on the beach! Swim, snorkel, dive or fish or relax and just enjoy the view! The villa is a stones throw from the resort infinity edged freshwater swimming pool. Seacroft is perfect for that special get 'away from it all' vacation and you can be sure that you will return home feeling relaxed & revitalised.
