This is a great placeTo stay in New Orleans! We were here for a work trip and it accommodated our crew of 6 nicely! Would stay here again.AMAZING HOSTS!!!
Property was great was there with 10 people. We all had a comfortable spot to sleep and was spacious enough to all not be crowded. Walking distance to Tulane and quick rides to downtown. This was an awesome experience overall!
We had an amazing time, and it felt like a small mansion with everything we needed. We hosted a wedding gathering, and everybody that came by said that they couldn’t imagine a better place to entertain. Loved it.
This property is PERFECT for large groups/families. It's open downstairs and most of the sleeping upstairs so allows a perfect combination of togetherness and the ability to have space. The location is great, but beware if it rains hard, flooding in the streets was crazy!
This home had plenty of room for our party of 10 and it was a great home base for our trip. It was just a quick Uber/Lyft ride down to the French Quarter and not terribly far from the airport. Great big kitchen for gathering, 2 living rooms so we could all do our own thing if we wanted and plenty of bathrooms so we could all get ready in the mornings.
Perfect house for a group of guys getting together to celebrate. Was an easy 10-12 minute Uber from anywhere you need to get in NO. The recommendations provided were excellent as well. Can fit a lot of people in the house comfortably. Would definitely come back!
We came to New Orleans for our daughter's college graduation and when we arrived the power was out from a storm but Keith responded immediately called power company and offered to move us if the power wasn't restored within a few hours. He called every hour to check on us which I totally appreciated. I would stay here again.
The house was great. We had plenty of room for everyone to hangout together or escape to their own room for some quite time. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to our messages. The one issue we had he worked diligently to resolve. The neighborhood was very safe and quite. It was easy to get to all the attractions from this location. We had a great time.
Absolutely fantastic stay. The host was extremely welcoming and upfront with information, and we had everything well before we needed it. The extra details on the bulletin board were genuinely helpful and a really nice touch. The kitchen was better stocked than any place we’ve stayed before, which made a big difference and was fully usable, not just decorative. The property was very clean, comfortable, and honestly just fun to stay in.We had six adults total, three separate couples, all with different expectations, and every single person was happy. That alone says a lot. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything. It felt like the perfect buffer from the noise and chaos of the city without being isolated. Ubers had no trouble finding the place at all.All around, this was a great experience. If and when we return to New Orleans, this will be our first choice without hesitation.
We planned to have 9 people and ended up having 7 stay at this great, central spot in New Orleans. We really appreciated the flexibility in being able to have a later checkout!
There was lots of space as shown in the photos, but to clarify, here was the setup:
- 1 room upstairs has 2 beds and 1 bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks
- 1 room upstairs has two beds, but no door
- 2 rooms upstairs have one bed each and share a bathroom with a tub and shower
- 1 room downstairs has two beds and no bathroom, but there is a downstairs bathroom past the kitchen
We walked over to Freret for breakfast and coffee twice (High Hat Cafe, Bearcat, and the very charming Rook Cafe) and Uber/Lyft was convenient for everywhere else.
Would stay here again!
We rented out the place for our wedding to house us and several of our friends and it couldn’t have been more perfect of a space for everyone. We couldnt believe how big the place was. The two separate living areas were a great feature and all the beds were enormous and comfortable. Communication was excellent before, during, and after our time there. The owner even let us check in earlier to get the place set up before our guests arrived. Overall, we had such a positive experience. We owe a large part of this trip being so successful to how great our home away from home was. Thank you so much!

Well more than enough bed space and room for 10 people with 8 king beds, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of other living space. Kitchen appliances and space was good. Big screen TVs in every room. It was clean, but seemed a little dirty. That might be the case for all older homes in the area. The outside looked damp and mossy, and maybe a little moldy, but again, probably not unlike other homes in the area. Parking in front of the house is okay for 3 smaller vehicles, but a little tight for larger SUVs. 10 - 15 minutes or so Uber ride to super dome or to French Quarter.
First off ket me say the positives. It is in a good location close to most activities. It is very spacious and all the beds are super soft and comfy. It had plenty of towels and 2 washing machines and dryers, detergents and soaps. All the basic needs of home. The host was super responsive and helpful when tv and internet would not work second day here. So now for the negatives..the house is very old, lots of cracks, holes, and uneven flooring throughout. The overall cleanliness could use some extra work. At eye level it looked clean but then we noticed after walking on area rugs for a while barefoot our feet were BLACK as if we had been walking on dirt. The upstairs carpet has stains and spots ALL over it, one of the master beds has a slat broken and mattress sinks down while sleeping on it, the stair banister is wobly, and the back deck is so covered in mildew that it became slippery when it rained and I slid down and fell as a result with my sneakers on (luckily did not get hurt ither than bruised knee, but is definitely a safety hazard). And we actually brought our dogs and was told it is fully fenced back yard but when we arrived the entire back corner of fence panels were completely knocked down so we had to prop them up with a ladder that was laying in backyard to keep our dogs inside the fence. Like I said we enjoyed our stay but these things really need to be managed and addressed especially considering the price we paid.

Thanks for the feedback. Your reservation did not include any dogs and you didn’t pay for their stay. If you would have mentioned you have a dog, then we would have told you there is a small opening in the back neighbors fence.
The back deck does not have mold, it is normal weathered aging. The area rugs are cleaned regularly, and the upstairs carpet is professionally cleaned annually.
Thanks again for your stay. I recommend telling hosts when you bring pets.
This house is fantastic for large groups coming in from out of town. We had a group of 15 for jazz fest and had more than enough room. Comfortable beds, spacious bath rooms and two awesome living rooms ensured no one was on top of each other.
We will definitely be back and can’t thank the hosts enough for their communication allowing us to get in 4 hours early!
I planned my brother's bachelor party to New Orleans last weekend, and this was the perfect location for our group of 15 guys. Everyone had a bed, and there was plenty of space both in the house and outside for us to hang out and relax. The location was great as well, as it was either walkable or a short taxi ride to everywhere we went all weekend. Keith and our hosts were very responsive and helpful during the check-in process. I would absolutely stay here again.
