What makes this property unique

Perched high on the first level (Bay St side) & boasting sensational, uninterrupted ocean and coast views. Coastal holidaying does not get much better. Take full advantage of secure, undercover parking; walk to all Lorne has to offer.

Archer A101 is the (largest) first floor, modern, two bedroom apartment with a private balcony overlooking Louttit Bay. The apartment can also be accessed via the side gate on Bay Street. Set up for a family or couples, the main bedroom has a king bed with Smart TV and the second with three singles and a desk, plus a Aero single sofa bed and sofabed (buried mattress within the frame) that you can easily unfold when needed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have heating. Bathroom with shower over large corner spa bath and separate toilet, full laundry with washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hot plates and convection oven.

Guests have access to all the resort facilities which include BBQ area, indoor pool and spa, gymnasium, tennis and squash courts plus a games room for the kids. The apartment also has WiFi, stereo and DVD player.
