This modern and spacious 2nd floor apartment comprises:
Entrance Hall.
Large Lounge/Diner which is equipped with dining table, six chairs, two sofas (one a sofa bed), Satellite TV(English/Spanish Channels), DVD player, Private and Communal WiFi.
Modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and washing machine and has its own door leading to the sun terrace.
Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.
Second bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobes and hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and shower.
Large south facing sun terrace (with dining table and chairs) which overlooks the beautiful private gardens and large communal swimming pool with children’s paddling area.
(Electric fans and electric radiators are also provided.)
Sun loungers and deck chairs also provided.
There is underground on site parking available on request, outside of the complex there is front and back street parking.

On the day of arrival you will be met by the housekeeper who will exchange the keys and show you around the apartment.

Situation: Javea is an excellent family holiday location. The Playa Arenal has a large sandy beach with play areas for both toddlers and teenagers. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire on a daily basis. Snack bars and restaurants line the promenade and overlook the beach. The shallow clear water of the Mediterranean allows for safe swimming under the supervision of lifeguards
Mundomar marine park, Vergel Safari park and the new Terra Mitica theme park are within half an hour's drive. The coastline in this part of Spain is studded with charming coves and bays.
Jávea Golf Club is less than 10 minutes away and towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole course.

You can fly to either Alicante or Valencia for the nearest Airports and Javea is around an hours drive from each airport.

We meet with Jon’s associate Mikaela. She was wonderful. Walked us through the apartment, told us where the grocery store was (can be walked to in just a few minutes). She was very quick to help us when we need some assistance. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The only downside was we could hear neighbor noises. But we were there in the winter so for the most part it was quiet. We would definitely rent here again.

Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location for access to the Grava and Arenal areas of Javea and their many restaurants and shops. Parking is safe plentiful around the accommodation and in an underground car park.

Fabulous apartment and location

Wonderful stay in Javea Port, the apartment is in a great location just a block from the sea and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday including beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment feels airy and bright with a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool.

This is a well kept apartment that has everything you could want, perfect location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops in and around the port. If you want the more resort elements for you visit, than the arenal area is just a 15mins walk along the beach road. Really is perfect in every way.

Fantastic holiday

This apartment is in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to the port with all its lovely restaurants. Taxis and buses are close by if needed but half an hours walk and we were at the arenal Sandy beach with more lovely places to eat. The apartment was home from home with comfy beds and settees and everything we needed. We’d certainly like to stay there again.

Great spacious apartment - would definitely recommend. Collection the keys from the other end of Arenal would be a problem if you didn't have a car as it's a very long walk.

Pleasant holiday location

Bolonia apartments is a pleasant holiday location. The house is well furnished, balcony overlooks the garden with swimming pool. Kitchen equipment is very complete.Bathroom is somewhat outdated, but everything still works well.There is only one disadvantage: the building is very noisy. In your apartment you hear a lot of sounds made by your neighbors: loud talking, TV, pipes, etc.
