Homely Beach House - Direct Beach Access

Homely and welcoming beach house with stunning ocean views and magnificent surrounding bush land. This property has direct beach access with less than a 2 minute walk to the sandy swimming beach. This home will have you relaxing in no time with the sound of the waves and the smell of the fresh sea air.

This 3 bedroom home has been freshly painted inside, bathroom newly renovated, new split system reverse cycle air conditioning, new fridge and washing machine and lovely fireplace. Large comfortable lounge recently updated.

There are two separate houses on the property. The front house has permanent residents, so you may see them around the grounds of the property from time to time. Guests have direct beach access via side gate access (on the right hand side of the front house). There is a bee hive located on the grounds of the property.

New Years at Lorne

A very convenient and functional property. Great views of the sea from the bedroom and lounge room windows, and a view of the Otways forest from the kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming neighbours. Easy stroll to the beach. Close enough to town to take advantage of the many eateries and grocery store, but far enough from town for some peace and quiet in the evenings.
