Two separate living areas provide plenty of space for everyone to unwind, both featuring flat screen TVs, DVD players, and split system reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. The property also includes a second bathroom, separate toilet, and full laundry facilities.
Outside, guests will appreciate the secure front yard, rear garden, and off-street parking. Pets may be considered upon application (outside only).
Located in peaceful Goolwa South, this property is the perfect base to enjoy nearby beaches, the river, local cafes, and all the attractions the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.
Please Note:
• This property does not include linen. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Linen hire is available through Victor Linen
• A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings
• Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish upon departure
• Porta cots and high chairs are available for hire through Elders Goolwa
• Strictly no schoolies, parties, bucks/hens events, or large gatherings
• Please respect neighbours and the quiet residential setting
• Pets only by prior approval

The house is larger than we expected. Fabulous air conditioning and loads of windows for the night breeze. Great location, easy to walk to most places and a short drive to others.
We were very impressed with all the extras like books, games and DVDs
We missed the internet and a clock would be nice
Lovely home. Very comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities you could need. Sooo many games dvds and puzzles. Beds are super comfortable, the shower has great pressure. Wonderful to have two living areas. The back verandah and garden area is beautiful. With 7 adults it would have been "nice" to have a ensuite (second toilet/shower) but when you're on holiday you cope ;-)Single beds were actually king singles so when taking your own linen be sure to note this.We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Not dog friendly, not infant friendly, cleanliness questionable.
No outdoor area with grass for dogs and children. Wire back fence so dog at back property at fence looking in. Deck unsafe for infants and not usable if raining as is not undercover meaning we were unable to enjoy outside as it rained. Cars however are undercover. House had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children and 2 living areas were good. Bedrooms very spacious however very little bench space for food preparation in the kitchen. We spent our waking hours at other families property so children could run around outside on grassed area when no rain.
Expected the place to be spotless for the cleaners
The place was great and location was great.
Disappointed that we had to pay an additional cleaning fee which we had cleaned the place and made it presentable for THEIR cleaners to do their work. We didn’t even pay extra to use their linen.
For next attendees, make sure you clean the place spotless, apparently.. and take photos for evidence. We regret not taking photos after we cleaned. It was not the price that offended us but the fact that we got charged even even though we spent that effort to make it presentable.
It’s unfortunate, but I don’t think we will be coming back.

In response to your review Trong, Elders prides themselves on the professional and clean presentation of our holiday properties. I am sure you will agree that when you arrived the presentation was perfect.
This is the 1st time in over 10 years that the owner has raised an issue with how the guests have left the property. Our Terms & Conditions clearly state our expectations regarding maintaining the cleanliness of the property during your stay, and we also provide a check list prior to your departure as well as in the manual at the property to remind guests of such things as placing all rubbish in the council bins and wiping clean all surfaces before vacating. Unfortunately you did not abide by the Terms and Conditions, rubbish was left in house, the cook top was not cleaned and the lounge was left in disarray with cushions strewn throughout, which resulted in the cleaner requiring extra time to return the property to the correct standard.
