Had a fabulous time

Beautiful house, felt right at home. A stones lob from the beach, ideal for dog owners or if you like a morning dip in the sea. Plenty of great cafes and sights to see within 30 minutes drive in the car.

Great early winter beach stay

This house is perfectly situated for access to the beach which is approximately 100 yards from the house. There are several places to eat traditional seaside fare and a very friendly pub to grab a pint and relax in front of the open fire. Dogs are welcome everywhere in Sea Palling which is just brilliant. The cottage is cosy, well equipped and has bags of character we loved it and look forward to staying again soon.

Gorgeous cottage & just a 1 minute walk to the beach

Comfy beds, Netflix for the kids, a thoughtful welcome basket (for us & the dog), even a hose which was perfect for washing sand off our feet. This was a perfect base for us during our holiday, and Laetitia was ever so helpful when any problems came up.

Great property , great well come and personal well come .

Only two things needed some chairs for the garden and better curtains in bedrooms . Early morning sunshine got us up early. This is being picky the cottage is in a great spot near the beach and all shops . Would recommend it and will be staying again

Dear Len Thank you for your feedback. As explained when you left we do have blackout blinds but it’s a big sky in Norfolk and the weather you had was amazing with sunshine for 12+ hours. However I’ll look to add something “extra” for guests who want a completely darkened room. We are so delighted you like our new extended garden, it’s a work in progress with additional items each year. Our outside table & chairs for 6 is a great feature to enjoy a BBQ and there’s a picnic blanket for the lawn, though we are looking to install a bench for next year. I’m so glad you enjoyed our welcome and generous welcome hamper including local butchers breakfast, elderflower, milk, tea, coffee, fruit and lots lots more! We pride ourselves on home from experience including all those little extras... washing machine tablets, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, cling/foil, and an extremely well equipped kitchen. We love welcoming guests to our cottage by the sea, thank you for choosing us 🤗

Rocket House - Sea Palling

The cottage is lovely and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The beach is fabulous and if you walk a few hundred metres along, very quiet. We used the cottage as a base to explore North Norfolk which we did by car, on bikes and by boat. Laetitia met us on arrival and was so helpful with advice on what to do and where to go. Lovely host and a lovely cottage!
