New for 2018
This studio is well furnished with a super king bed triple wardrobe and ample storage it has a full bathroom with a power shower over the bath. It has a small but fully functional kitchen.
There is a lounge area with a corner suite a 40” tv and separate chair with foot stool there is one parking space

It is bright and airy, It is located up a short but steep drive and is connected to Fellside and can be rented together if you wish.

The property is all on one floor although the bedroom , kitchen and bathroom is one step above the lounge it 3/4 of a mile from the centre of Ambleside

Have Grassmere will travel according to vrbo.

The property itself was comfortable, and had it have been where we wanted it in Grassmere it would have been so much better. How can you say Clappersgate is Grassmere? You deceived us Vrbo, when people want to go to a particular place they don't want to be about 5 miles away. When we paid the balance we got the proper address but we did not choose to lose our money as it was not refundable so we made the best of it, but never would we recommend your company for the deceit.
