Under the tower! A sea of ​​green on the beach ...!

A comfortable and comfortable house, dominated by the skyline of the Torre di Chia, one step away from the beach (70 meters) and super-spacious!
The house is designed to accommodate families both for the interior spaces, both for the location close to the sea, both for that wonderful green carpet, ideal for relaxation, for children's games, even just to be able to look.
The house is built on two levels: on the ground floor a living room that extends into the comfortable veranda, shaded and equipped with an outdoor table where you can eat all together or enjoy breakfast in front of the green !! In the veranda there is also a comfortable outdoor shower, the ideal return from the sea and cool off outdoors!
The open-plan kitchen opens onto the external hallway where the laundry area is located.
On the ground floor there is one of the two bathrooms connected to a service corner where there is a washing machine and cleaning equipment.
Upstairs the second bathroom and the three bedrooms, a family has over a double bed also a bunk bed, useful when mom and dad want to have children in the room, another double bedroom and a third room with a bunk bed . One room has a view of the tower, the other two rooms overlook the large lawn and the sea!

Some Problems

Communication difficult - little English, no German - checking-in was quite a task... +++ Strange smell on one matrace. +++ Chairs uncomfortable, some sticky. +++ House (built in 1971) seems oldish and worn, bathrooms are refurnished. House in a row of 4 houses, noise from neighbours (TV etc.). 4 ugly bunk beds out of wought iron. Nice veranda. No moskito nets. Large garden shared by all inhabitants. Very close to the beach.

Unfortunately not as expected

Based on the photos, we had expected a detached house with a large garden and therefore booked this house. We were very much in need of relaxation, so this was an important criterion. Unfortunately it was a terraced house with a small terrace next to the garden pictured. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped and all in all we decided to change houses after one night. The photos do not reflect the actual standard which is much lower than expected. We did not receive at least a partial refund even though the house was booked and paid for 10 days. With our agreement it could have been rented out again. All in all, the location is nice and very close to the beach. Service was nice and friendly. Too bad for us, one more experience of interpreting photos from ads.

Vor der Wohnung gibt es eine grosse Wiese, die sich gut zum Fussballspielen eignet. Die Wohnung ist gross, die KĂŒche aber eher spartanisch eingerichtet.

Lage Top, der Rest Okay, LÀrm durch Bauarbeiten auf dem GelÀnde

Auf dem GelĂ€nde steht ein 4-SpĂ€nner-Haus ("Torre 1 bis 4") und einen Einfamilienhaus ("Villa"). Das GelĂ€nde ist riesig mit einer großen gepflegten Wiese die direkt am Strand endet. Die Lage ist Bis wirklich toll und empfehlenswert. Wir waren im Haus drei. Das ist renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Die KĂŒchen-Ausstattung ist mangelhaft. Es fehlt an allem... Tassen, SchĂŒsseln GlĂ€ser usw. sind weder fĂŒr 8 noch fĂŒr 4 vorhanden. Bei uns waren unglaublich viele MĂŒcken vorhanden. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern findet man leider nicht. Der Gastgeber ist gefĂŒhlt darauf aus möglichst viel Profit zuschlagen, das kann auch auf die Kosten des Urlaubs der GĂ€ste gehen, wie wir leider feststellen mussten. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts wurde auf die GelĂ€nde an 6 Tagen gebaut. BaulĂ€rm von frĂŒh bis spĂ€ten Nachmittag eingeschlossen. Immerhin hat sich die Gastgeberin entschuldigt. Ein weiteres entgegenkommen hielt sie leider nicht fĂŒr nötig. Alles in allem wĂŒrden wir das Haus mit Okay 3 von 5 Sternen bewerten. Einen weiteren Abzug gibt es wegen des BaulĂ€rm.

Un petit paradis avec une magnifique Ă©tendue d’herbe devant la terrasse et Ă  30 secondes de la plage. Magnifique plage aux eaux turquoises. Maison mitoyenne mais avec terrasse bien indĂ©pendante. confortable car climatisĂ©e entiĂšrement. Literie confortable. Seul bĂ©mol le petit Ă©quipement nĂ©cessite d’ĂȘtre changĂ©: Ă©quipement cuisine parfois mĂȘme vĂ©tuste

Perfect location

The house is in an incredible spot - a minute's walk from one of the best beaches in the area and a short distance from shops and restaurants. The enclosed garden opposite the house is a real bonus - especially if you have little children (ours loved running around in it). The house is simple but is bright, spacious, comfortable and clean, and they provided plenty of towels. It really is a perfect spot for a beach holiday - we would definitely return.

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer perfekten Lage mit einem riesigen Garten, ideal fĂŒr die Familie

Das Haus war perfekt fĂŒr uns. Der Garten ist wirklich riesig, viel Platz fĂŒr Kinder zum Spielen. Der Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand erfolgt direkt ĂŒber den Garten! Das Haus selbst ist mit allen wichtigsten Dingen die man so braucht ausgestattet. In der NĂ€he der Unterkunft gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, wir persönlich haben uns immer eine Pizza oder Pasta vom nahegelegenen Campingplatz geholt. Landschaftlich ist die Gegend ein Traum. In der NĂ€he gibt es viele verschiedene StrĂ€nde, man kann eigentlich jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gehen. Zu unserer Jahreszeit waren die StrĂ€nde auch nicht stark besucht. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert! Alles in allem: Perfekter und sehr entspannter Urlaub, wir werden wieder kommen!

Just next to a lovely beach

The lovely beach just meters from the house is a great plus! The owner has been great providing lots of baby equipment and toys, which was a great help! The house is a bit dated but lovely and spacious enough for 2 families of four. Having AC in every room was also a great plus. The big disadvantage is though that there is no dishwasher so we spent lots of our holiday time doing the dishes!

Perfect location

Nice location near to the beach with a home hidden in fig trees. With 4 rooms it had definitely enough space for our small family. It was really relaxing as were alone and other houses on the territory were not occupied. We spent good time chilling on the caribbean alike beach or in huge garden with pine trees. A bay with flamingos and a tower are also near by in a walking distance. Two small local supermarkets are located not far from the home.First one has also good espresso bar.:) It is really good start point to discover south part of the Sardinia. Margherita and Massimo thanks again for you hospitality and all arrangements!!!
