This house is ideal for enjoying your holiday in the sun with its garden and large terrace with barbecue, plancha and deckchair !!! It is located at the Baie des Oliviers, 300 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the center of Narbonne-plage (about 5 to 10 min. On foot).
It is equipped with a living room with convertible sofa, a kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, a bathroom, a WC, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140 and the other with 2 beds of 90, and 2 parking spaces are at your disposal.

Die Location war von Grösse und Einteilung sehr gut, der Umschwung super, sehr ruhig, besonders mit einem Hund ideal!Im Innern des Hauses wäre eine gründlichere Reinigung angesagt, Schränke und Schubladen sollten wieder mal geräumt werden!!!Ansonsten sicher zu empfehlen

Très jolie maison, bien située, grand jardin mais ne convient pas à des tous petits, climatisation au Rdc et à l'étage très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Propriétaire très réactive en cas de problème (séchoir à linge cassé remplacé en 24h). La maison aurait juste besoin d'un rafraichissement et d'un nettoyage en profondeur.

Bonne situation et proximité des plages

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement optimal proche des plages. Logement bien agencé mais un peu défraîchi. Nous avons apprécié d'une manière globale le logement mais certains points nous ont interpellés comme le portillon d'entrée au jardin qui ne fermait pas, l'accès à la maison ….fermeture aléatoire par verrous de volets pvc…pas de serrure qui fonctionne sur la porte d’entrée ….intérieur qui mériterait un rafraîchissement….. Sinon nous notons un tarif élevé par rapport au hors saison et au fait que les draps et serviettes n’étaient pas fournis….comparativement à ce que nous avons constaté pour la même période dans le Var par exemple. Sinon accueil et communication au top avec la personne qui nous a accueillis.

un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un parfait séjour dans la maisonnette bien située dans un quartier très calme proche de la mer ;des commerces et restaurants tous ça dans un rayon de 15 minutes à piéds.Dans le jardin on trouve toute la journée un coin au soleil ou à l'ombre, parfait pour notre chien. Nous avons très bien dormis dans les lits. Merci a Caroline pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Super schönen Urlaub mit Hund

Ein toller Urlaub mit Hunden. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz und der Strand wunderschön. Der Hundestrand war allerdings etwas abgelegen. Der Garten war sehr schön angelegt, reichlich Platz mit Schattenspendern. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus liegt abseits der großen Straße und ist somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden, außer WIFI. Sonst war alles super.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Lage. Das Haus ist fußläufig 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wir sind mit Hund verreist und da der Garten komplett eingezäunt war konnte unser Hund sich frei bewegen. Es ist sehr ruhig und bietet somit optimale Erholung. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden. Insgesamt war es sehr gut und wir hatten dank diesem Haus einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub.
