Villa located 500 meters from Calella and 900 from the large beach that bathes the town, a population that integrates tradition, culture, leisure and family tourism and a large shopping area.

Calella is the tourist capital of the Costa del Maresme, 50 km from Barcelona and Girona well connected by train and road, located in the center of Catalonia, which allows you to access in two hours all the areas of greatest interest (coast, Pyrenees, Montserrat, ...).

The house is located in sunny area, high standing, overlooking the sea and mountains, with free parking, with absolute peace of day and night. From the street you have direct access to the house, surrounded by green areas, terraces and the private pool.

The house consists of living - dining room, large kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are 4 rooms: one double - a suite with a frame and a full bathroom, two triple and one double, and another full bathroom, as well as a room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. All rooms and bathrooms are exterior and in the living room there is a large sofa bed for 2-3 people if required.

Groups of young people (average age less than or equal to 25 years) or pets are not allowed.
