Initial wood for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Garden with patio, BBQ and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Shaplands Barn has been lovingly converted - offering light and airy living. One of a pair, it lies in a quiet lane in a small village. The village is in an AONB and is famous for being on the Cotswold Way. Only 4 miles from jct 18 on the M4, the holiday property is very well placed for exploring - whether walking, cycling or day trips to NT Dyrham Park, Westonbirt Aboretum, or Lacock. Bath is 6 miles away with famous Roman baths and Georgian stone crescents. Nearby is the village of Marshfield with village shop and gastro pubs. Shops 2 miles.

This is an absolutely beautiful barn conversation in a pretty village, very close to Bath. There was everything you could possibly wish for in the property as well as plenty of character. Looking forward to coming back for another stay soon.

Perfect holiday let in a wonderful location.

Perfect holiday let in a wonderful location. The barn had everything we needed plus some thoughtful extras. The location is just beautiful and so close to Bath for day trips. We were a family with 5 young children and it was more this suitable for us, none of us wanted to leave!
