We had a wonderful time at Percy’s Place.
We had a wonderful time at Percy’s Place.The apartment is extremely close to the centre of Alnwick, with the entrance to the castle just around the corner. Several cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep, including The Dirty Bottles (which was handy as their portions are huge so we couldn’t have faced a long walk back haha).The apartment has plenty of space, lots of sunshine thanks to the movable slatted blinds and a lovely hot shower! There’s even a bigger tv than in the photos which was a nice surprise.The only downsides were the beds which are very hard. I know this has been brought up in other reviews so hopefully a topper of some sort can be added ☺ï¸

Although in the town apartment was quiet.
Although in the town apartment was quiet. The apartment says that there was a lift. This is not so only a stair lift which was not working and appears not to have worked for some time.. Admittedly there were only six steps from the car park. And a level walk from front door. Easy parking outside. The shower cubicle is very awkward and the step up is quite high, but there is a grab handle.
