The cottage is cosy, comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The cottage is cosy, comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Could have done with somewhere to hang clothes in main bedrooms though. Evenings around the wood burner were fantastic. Overall a lovely place to stay.

On the whole the cottage was very well kept and well equipped.
On the whole the cottage was very well kept and well equipped. Only niggle only one wardrobe in the property and that was full with vacuum cleaner and blankets and other stuff so no hanging space. The bedding could do with replacing as very old in the main bedroom and a lot of the crockery is chipped. The area is great for walking and the scenery is spectacular. Very hilly not for the infirm though.

A very pretty cottage in a stunning location.
A very pretty cottage in a stunning location. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean, everything needed had been thought of and provided. Lovely welcome pack with local biscuits and cake.
Just two little niggles: No wardrobe space in the two double rooms and the roadside bin which we were happy to put out for the binmen to empty, but was full to overflowing on arrival and was surrounded by 30+ glass bottles left on the floor. These should have at least been removed by the housekeeper as could have been very dangerous for young children and not something I wanted to be dealing with whilst on holiday. Other than this we had a brilliant stay and will certainly return.
