Nice apartment with garden!

The house on the ground floor of a small building consists of a bedroom (with double bed), living room (with sofa bed) plus bathroom with shower. We can accommodate up to 3 people or a couple with 2 children.
The garden for exclusive use, equipped with table and chairs, is a true oasis of tranquility far from the noise of the city.
We are in the northern area of ​​Florence, with Careggi / CTO hospital and Mayer nearby.
The center is easily reachable by public transport (bus 2 and 28) and in just 5 minutes by Trenitalia railway.
Free parking in the street.
The tourist tax of € 3 per night per person (except for children under 12 years) and the cost of € 40 for final cleaning must be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Clara & Enzo's apartment,

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely well-kept apartment, both myself and my family were made to feel welcome. I cannot recommend this accommodation more highly. We do not speak any Italian but in all the local shops and restaurants the staff made a good effort to help. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of local shops around We stayed in October and the only downside with this was that there were some mosquitoes wanting to have a feed so I would recommend taking some mosquito repellent if your stay is in the mosquito mating season Thankyou Clara & Enzo for letting us stay at your lovely apartment

schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieter

Schöne, gemütliche und praktische eingerichtete Wohnung, abseits vom Touri-Geschehen, mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten. Und trotzdem ist man schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Innenstadt! Auch die Kommunikation mit Enzo verlief super. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Bis bald! Très agréable location

L'appartement est très beau, très bien équipé et le jardin agréable et fleuri. Pas de problème avec le stationnement dans la rue. Enzo est un hôte attentif, sympathique et disponible. Le quartier est calme et nous avons apprécié l'épicerie toute proche qui prépare d'excellentes charcuteries et spécialités italiennes. Bien que la température extérieure ait été élevée (plus de 30°) l'appartement est resté frais. Il peut sembler un peu éloigné du centre mais l'avantage est le calme de ce quartier florentin, et de plus l'abondance de transports en commun compense ce fait : partant de la location, il ne nous fallait que 20 à 30 mn pour être au Duomo par train ou bus. A recommander !

Excellent séjour !

Le logement que nous avons occupé durant 6 jours était très agréable, bien équipé, propre. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et de bon conseil. De plus, point très important pour nous, la gare qui nous permettait de rejoindre le centre de Florence était facilement accessible à pied et le trajet en train ne durait que quelques minutes avec des départs fréquents et à un prix peu élevé. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et recommandons sans réserve cette location. Encore un grand merci à Enzo et à son épouse !

Super appartement

L'appartement d'Enzo est un havre de paix dans une ville trépidante ; proche aéroport et gare mais sans nuisances ; petite épicerie et boulangerie à proximité ; tout est parfaitement confortable dans l'appartement. Quel plaisir le soir de boire un verre sur la terrasse ! Et son propriétaire très gentil, arrangeant sur les heures de départ et d'arrivée. Je recommande cette location
